Hyderolysate is obtained by enzymatic digestion of milk or Soya meal or fish protein. It contains range of nutrients like Free Amino Acids. It is unique natural combination of 18 essential Amino Acids. These are easily absorbed in plant systems. Amino acids are available as solid spray dried powder or liquid solution. This powder if fully soluble in water and can be dissolved in water to prepare formulation of required concentration. These amino acids are used as plant growth boosters in agriculture.

Amino acids are required by plant for synthesis of most important enzymes and hormones which is needed for completing metabolic activities. Most of protein syntheses are due to amino acids that are known as building blocks of any life (plant or animal). As such all amino acids are essential but many play important roll in life of plant such as:

• Amino acid is responsible for flower initiation & early fruiting.
• It is important in promoting growth, as it is bio-stimulator.
• Amino acid plays an important roll in Nitrogen assimilation.

Atca-Acetyl Thiozolidine-4-Carboxylic Acid

ATCA improves general health and biochemical characteristics of plants. It determines a considerable increase in both fruit quality and production in quantity. ATCA help and assist in the complete utilization of physiological reserves of the vegetating plant and to stimulate the normal metabolic process.

Plants treated with ATCA show a greater resistance to adverse growing conditions, since the bio stimulator helps the plant to overcome critical periods throughout the entire growing cycle.

Composition:

N-acetyl-thazolidine-4-carboxylic acid (ATCA) : 5.0%
• Folic acid : 0.1%
• Additives and diluents : up to 100%

By using the ATCA solution various benefits were recorded in many crops:

Fulvic Acid
Fulvic Acid

Fulvic acid is the most plant-active of the humic acid compounds. Its a plant growth stimulator that increases plant metabolism and nutrient intake. It is naturally created in soil by composting old plants and can rejuvenate soil. Fulvic acid is an excellent supplement to fertilizers to improve nutrient absorption. Fulvic acid can be applied as a foliar spray and to the soil. Fulvic acid acts as a chelating agent; it holds nutrients for the plant to absorb over time and should be used with regular fertilizers. One guideline recommends a mix of 95% fertilizer and 5% fulvic acid. Fulvic acid improves plant cell permeability. This means that the plant cells absorb more nutrients, so fulvic acid is a great additive to fertilizers. When plants fully decompose some of it’s part becomes humic acid. Fulvic acid is the most plant active component of humic acid.

Fulvic acid has a tremendous effect on root development, including helping cuttings develop vigorous root development. The length of wheat root has shown an increase of 500% while tobacco plants had improves lateral and secondary root development. Similar beneficial effects have been found in many other plants including cucumber, squash, geranium, marigold, cotton, grape and carrots. Another reports that fulvic acid is ‘extremely beneficial’ for the root development of geranium cuttings.

Dose: Recommended dose for the spray is 100 PPM to 500 PPM – 100 Gm per acre.

Treated seeds with a seed soak of 10 PPM solution for a maximum of 72 hours depending on the plant species. The growing plants showed a significant increase in the root system.

Humic Acid

Application of humic acids has several benefits and agriculturists all over the world are accepting humic acids as an integral part of their fertilizer program. Biochemical active and plant responsive humic substance are naturally occurring humic acids. They can be applied directly to the plant foliage in liquid form or to the soil in the form of granules alone or as fertilizer mix.

Phosphorus Acid
Phosphorus Acid

Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) should not be confused with phosphorus acid (H3PO3). A single letter difference in the name of chemical compound can make a difference in its properties. Phosphorus acid releases the phosphonate ion (HPO3), also called phosphate, upon disassociation. Like phosphate, phosphonate is easily taken up and called translocated inside the plant. Phosphorus acid and its related compounds are often referred to as phosphonate, phosphate, and phosphonic acid. One of the breakdown products of fosetyl-Al is mono-ethyl phosphonite, which may be taken up by the plant. Inside the plant, fosetyl-Al may ionize into phosphonate, and therefore fosetyl-Al belongs to the same group of phosphorous acid

Auxin

Alfa Napthyl Acetic Acid – NAA

Napthalene Acetic Acid can significantly increase the number, length and dry weight of root hairs. Napthalene Acetic Acid can also induce early flowering. It is mainly use to reduce the premature flower & fruit drop in Cotton, Chillies, Tomato, Mango etc.

Incorporation of emulsifier with solution is used fully. NAA 98% technical grade powder is soluble in Ethanol, Methenol and Aceton, but not soluble in water. It is most economical plant growth regulator.

Dose :10 ppm = 1ml /lt of 1% formulation /per lt spray solution or 1ml per gallon (4,5lt)of 4.5% formulation
Computability : NAA solution is compatible with commonly used pesticide.

Indole Acetic Acid

Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) is an auxin plant hormone and it is the most active auxin. Indole acetic acid (IAA) stimulates the growth of the main stem (apical dominance). Indole acetic acid is also involved in helping cuttings generate new roots.

Indole Butyric Acid-IBA

Indole Butyric Acid is the leading plant hormone used to promote the formation of roots in plants and to generate new roots in the cloning of plants through cuttings.

Silamol is soluble form of Silicic Acid. It is under this form that silicon is assimilated by the plant and utilized, most effectively. This is most important for Agriculture as:

Bio Available Silicon.

Silicon is present in plants is almost equivalent to macro nutrient elements like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. Plant takes up silicon as silicic acid, the bio available form of silicon, which is transported to the shoot and surface of leaves and stems.

Silamol is a unique formulation of stabilized, highly concentrated silicic acid. Plants are always exposed to various stresses during growth and the benefits of silamol become obvious under conditions of biotic & abiotic stress caused by climatic conditions, water deficiency or supply or minerals. This substance then proceeds to degrade the fungal cell wall, fragments from which amplify the effect. Some of fragments are beta glucans, another oligosacchrin, which began the production of the phytoalexins, lead to lignine synthesis and promote ethylene foremation. Lignine production strengthens the cell walls.

It can start,regulate and directly effect the opening and closing of certain gens and regulate process of plant growth. Oligosaccharin can reduce and eliminate the encroachment of pathogenic agent especially against fungal infection, which are difficult to control.

Cytokinins – Plant Hormones
Cytokinins – Plant Hormones

Called “cytokinins” because they stimulate cell division (i.e cytokinesis). Benzylaminopurine is an important cytokinin that stimulate a wide array of plant growth benefits : cell division, more side branches, basal shoot formation, bigger flowers and fruit set. 6-Benzylaminopurine also inhibits senescence (slow down ageing process)

Zeatin (Z), which was first isolated from maize (Zea mays) is the most common cytokinin. There are several other substances with cytokinin activity such as benzyl adenine(BA).

It is found that an application of 40-100 PPM of Benzylaminopurine was most effective in delaying plant senescense (death & ageing). It concluded that plant tissue death was reduced by about half. The exact mechanism by which this occurs is unclear but likely involves the ability of cytokinins to mobilize nutrients.

• Promotes the light-induced formation of chlorophyll and conversion of etioplasts to chloroplasts (greening process).
• Promote lateral bud, flowering & branching development.
• It increase the thickness of stems & increase the leaf surface.
• Promote cell expansion.
• It causes the plant to branch out simmiliar by cutting the end of the branch without the damage that pruning would cause.
• If a branch is pruned, 6-Benzylaminopurine will generate more branches than pruning alone.

• Benzylaminopurine treated plants averaged 6 lateral shoots while untreated plants at 2.At the same time plant height was unaffected.

Dipping Oil

To convert fresh fruits into dry fruit is technology by it self. When perishable commodity is converted into non perishable form, it provides better opportunity for grower, as it can be stored for longer period and grower can wait for better opportunity. This technique is used in many fruits such as Grapes are converted into dry raisins. Figs are dried and sols. This is achieved by reduction of maximum moisture from fruit in minimum possible time. More than 80% moisture is present in fresh fruits is mainly responsible for bacterial and fungal growth on fruits. They decay the cell wall and rooting takes place and ultimately, fruits get spoiled.

Dipping oil of good quality should have following features:

1.Maximum heat absorption capacity.
2.High rate of water evaporation.
3.Protection from Bacterial & Fungal infection.
4.Prevent oxidation & stop blackening of fruits.
5.Retention of Chloropyl pigments, that is colour retention.

Our dipping oil is produced after great study of 20 years. We are one of the biggest basic manufacturer of easters of oleic acid. We incorporate preservatives (M Parabin / P Parabin) in required quantity. Oil present in fruit is having tendency to oxidize, hence we are incorporating food grade Antioxidant in our formulation. To get proper mixing, food grade emulsifier in proper concentration is added to this formulation.

DIPSOL TECHNOLOGY for drying red chilies is a new technology has been developed. Sun drying chilies is important phenomena. During ealy drying period of Dec-Feb, it takes more than 20-25 days for proper drying. Druing this long period chilies get spoiled due to fungal and bacterial infestation.
