Oil Cleaner Test Kit

Our Electrostatic Oil Cleaner unit is available with this contamination testing kit. Oil samples drawn are subjected to the Millipore test and the available results are analyzed.

The Electrostatic Oil Cleaner is an electrostatic super oil cleaning equipment that has an off line cleaning process involving static charging of ionised suspended solid contaminants in fluids and oils and their collection on a spread out area of di-electric media.

Electrostatic Oil Cleaner Principle:
Microcare EOC is an electrostatic super oil cleaning equipment involving static charging of ionized suspended Solid contaminants in fluids and oils and collecting them on an enormously spread surface spared surface of die electric media. The cleaning process is carried out off line which means the parent machine does not have to be shut down.

Centrifugal Oil System

Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from Oil upto 1µ & below. Inside the Centrifugal a twin jet rotor rotating at speeds upto 7000 RPM, creates centrifugal forces 2000 times greater than gravity. This removes dirt and contaminants out of oil, which is deposited on the inner wall of the rotor as a thick layer. The collected dirt can be easily cleaned & the unit put back to use again.
