We manufacture light, medium, and heavy duty hyraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders from 40 mm bore to 300 mm bore and stroke upto 2000 mm for pressure upto bars. Pneumatic cylinders from 25 mm bore to350 mm bore and stroke upto 2000 mm for pressure upto10 bar. midget cylinders from 6 mm bore onwards. Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders are single acting, double acting and telescopic in both single and double acting.the cylinders are in tie rod or welded assembly. Cylinders are manufactured as per customers requirement.

The Piston rod is toughened, ground, hard crome plated and polished to ensure a smooth, dent and rust resistent surface for best sealing and long life.

The cylinder tube is to meet close standards of straightness, roundness and surface finish for longer seal life and performance.

These are custom made and range from 1 litre per minute to 500 litre per minute flow and from 1/4 HP to 75 HP. These units are fitted with all standard components suitable for the range of flow and pressure ranging from 10 bar to 315 bar. These are suitable for S.P.M. machine tools, presses, testing fixtures, plastic and rubber moulding, backlite moulding, extrusion presses and other applications.

Continuous assembly station for assembly of Immersion rod heaters integrating our Impact cylinder, air presses, a glue dispensing unit and our rotary electromechanical indexing table. The output achieved is 14 pcs. per minute as against 4 which was being achieved earlier.
Using our in-house indexing tables, XY tables, riveting heads, impact cylinders etc., we have built several tailor-made assembly work stations.

There are two of our Spin riveting heads integrated with our pneumatic indexing table.
One operator loads the various components into the assembly, the assembly then indexes under the two different riveting heads. after the riveting operation is performed, then the finished switch is ejected automatically into a chute through which it falls into the final packing carton. While the job falls into the carton, a job counter keeps a count of the number of finished pieces ejected. After the programmed number of finished pieces are filled into a carton, that carton is indexed forward on a specialised packing platform and a fresh carton is indexed below the chute for packing. Earlier, this operation was being performed by two people giving an output of 5 pcs. per minute. Now, one operator finishes 10-12 pcs per minute plus the packing operator is eliminated leading to huge manpower saving coupled with increased output.
Hi- speed Choke Shaft riveting machine for Carburettor shafts of two-wheelers.
This machine integrates our Electromechanical indexing table with our Spin riveting head. the output achieved is 37 pieces per minute with manual feeding and ejection. Earlier the output achieved was 11 pieces per minute.

V.N. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Presses are custom build and range to 25 tonnes in pneumatic and 100 tonnes in hydraulic. These presses are in "C" frame construction as well as two pillar and four pillar construction and box type construction as per

V.N. Rotary Actuators or Rack and pinion cylinders are manufactured in both pneumatic and hydraulic. These are in standard bores ranging from 50 mm to 200 mm in pneumatic and hydraulic. They are available in standard 0° to 90", 0° to 180 and 0" to 360", fixed andalso in adjustable degrees. The output torque in pneumatic at 7 bar ranges from 2 to 5 Kg. meter and in hydraulic at 140 bar from 40 to II00 Kg. meter.

V. N. manufactures Hydro-Pneumatic Power Pack Unit. These units arc intensifies or boosters. These units are working on differential pressure ratios. This intensifiers at pneumatic pressure of 7 bar can give an output pressure ranging from 85 bar to 315 bar. The oil capacity ranges from 6 cc to 240 cc. These packs consist of oil compensating unit. Directional Control Valve (Sol. operated or foot operated), needle valve, non return valve, quick exhaust valve, hoses, pressure gauge etc. These units can be used forclampheads. short stroke cylinders etc.

V. N. hydraulic hand pump unit consists of a complete hand operated unit, wilh reservoir of 15 io 10 litres capacity, pump operating handle, air breather cum oil filler, oil level indicator, pressure gauge with snubber, relief valve, needle valve, release valve, lee connection etcr They are available in three models wilh working pressure of 175 bar, 350 bar and 700 bar. These pumps can be used for operating Jack &Cylindcrs, testing and other applications.

V, N. manufactures Three In One Machine for Cable Cutting/Stripping and Cable Lug Crimping for better quality of Cutting, Stripping and Crimping and reduction in material wastages and delays. To maintain uniformity and consistency in lug crimping operations and save more than 400 man hours per month. Cable cutting capacity upto 100 mm₂ cross section, Lug crimping upto 100 mm₂ cross sections and cable stripping 1.0 mm₂ to 100 mm₂ to a length of 2" or even more. Copper and Aluminium with P. This machine is useful for marking a component at any stage of production. This machine has got a carbide tip that vibrates and marks the components. The x and y axis movement is done with the help of stepper motors.

A single controller unit can be programmed to control four axes. Thirty-two such units can be interlinked to control 128 axes to take care of the most complicated motion control applications.
The controller can be upgraded to handle any type of motion control with the help of additional software and relevant E-proms on add-on cards.

The Technology
The unit uses compressed air to generate a threshold forward thrust. Once this threshold thrust is built up, the specialized pre-loaded ball-socket assembly (SPBSA) takes over to deliver the desired impact. The SPBSA is so designed that the delivered impact is independent of the inlet air pressure (for any pressure above 3.5 bar). This ensures that even if the inlet pressure varies due to leaking pneumatic lines or any other reason, the impact force stays constant.

For obtaining different impact forces from 100 to 900 kgf, all that you have to do is tighten / loosen the Impact adjusting screw.
