Continue Curing Machine
Our range of continue curing machines (I R Dryer) are electrically or gas heated. High in performance, durable and long lasting, these machines are used to cure, jell, emboss or fix printed or dyed fabric, paper, leather and metal etc. These machines come with PTFE coating fiberglass or stainless steel conveyor belting. The conveyors sizes that are available and offered at our unit come in a width of 24, 30, 36, 48 & 60 inches and length of 12, 17, 22, 28 feet.

Screen Printing Machine
We manufacture wide range of screen printing machines that are carousal type. Fabricated from high grade raw materials, these machines yield higher output and are available in the standard print area of 16”x 24” (Max.) and 6 or 8 color type. Our machines are manually operated and are suitable for printing ready-to-wear garment as well as regular printing.

Flash Curers
We bring a range of flash curers that made from high grade raw materials and components under the supervision of quality controllers. Offering high performance, these machines are widely demanded by our clients worldwide. These flash curers are available in different types like pedestal type that are used for carousal machine and castor type flash curer for table printing. The other types of machines are electrically heated and I R or hot – air type.

Foam Lamination Machine (Flame Type)
To laminate P.U. foam with woven or non woven fabrics, paper, synthetics etc., by gas – flame.
Working Width: 68, 80 inch (Regular)
Voltex Flame Lamination Machine, based on two nip rollers where lamination takes place immediately after skin-melting process of PU foam with a LP gas burner.
It is suitable to laminate foam with woven, non woven, knitted, natural or synthetic fabrics, paper, leather or foil etc.
The machine has hard chrome plated, pneumatically operated nip rolls, LP gas burner, gas and air controls, variable speed main-drive and winding motors, ventilation blower and working platform.
