We fabricate socket head cap screw or Allen cap screws using high grade alloy Steel in different grades like 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9. Our manufacturing process follows IS 2269/2002, BS 2470 and DIN 912. Our range is available in fully threaded as well as in half threaded. Further, we offer customized socket head cap screws as per our client specifications using S.S. and Brass, Diameter range from M2 to M36 and length as per client requirement.




 

Our precision engineered socket head/ Allen cap screw is available in countersunk head and button head. We manufactured according to IS - BS-4168/1982 Part 6 and 7, DIN 7984 low head Allen Cap DIN 7991.

We provide slotted grub screws which have screws driven slott on the top of the screw and other end is flat/ cone/ dog/oval. We manufacture as per IS 2388/1971 and BS 4017/1967. We manufacture from Mild Steel 4.6 Grade, 6.6, 8.8, 10.9 Grade, S.S., and Brass in the production process of slotted grub screws. Slotted grub screws are available in small diameter range of M3 to M12.

We manufacture and supply precision engineered socket set screws using High Grade alloy steel. Our socket set screw is manufactured and heat treated to obtain 45H quality so that the socket which is opened and tightened has best torque. Our socket screws comply with IS-6094/1981 / BS 2470/1973, and DIN 913, 914, 915, 916 and ISO 4026, 4027, 4028, 4029. Our range of screw starts from diameter M3 to M30 and lengthas per customer requirement and Inch series 1/8 to 1" BSW, BSF, UNC,UNF and fine pitch as customer requirement .

Further, our socket set screw is manufactured in different types i.e. Knurling Cup point, plain Cup Point, Cone Point, Full Dog Point, half Dog Point and Oval Point.

We also manufacture in S.S.304 & S.S.316 and Brass (combination of copper). We also manufacture ball socket set screw with spring inside which is also called plungers.
