Our Infrastructure |
| Our robust infrastructure is one of the biggest assets of our organization and has enabled us to offer a quality range of knitted garments. Our semi vertical manufacturing unit is well equipped with in-house sewing, printing & embroidery, which has also made us gain a capacity of 200000 pieces of garments per month. All the machines are inspected periodically so that necessary calibrations can be performed. We make sure that we maintain a dust free and clean atmosphere that helps to enhance the quality for the products and efficiency of the machine operators. Further, we have four sewing units with individual capacities of their own. This unit is Wall Mart certified and all the compliances of Wall Mart are being met here. Separate packing zone and inspection zone is provided for packing and inspection respectively. The raw materials utilized in our unit are ascertained to be completely defect free. This is done to ensure that these cause no allergy to the skin and do not cause any environmental pollution.
