We specialize in setting up essential oil extraction plant. All the relevant equipments like machinery, piping, instrumentation, electrical, steel structure; civil work, vendor selection purchasing, expenditure, testing dispatching etc are included in the plant set up. Operational training is duly provided to the clients. Machines are operated with SCADA software for total instrument control or partially with data logging and acquisition.

We specialize in the setup of Phytochemical and herbal extraction plants for the extraction of essential nutrients, herbal medicines and any phytochemicals from various parts of a plant or tree like the leaves, the flowers, the seeds, the root and the shrubs through degumming process. These can also be used for fruit juice concentrations. The plants can be batch and continuous type. Various products extracted are Aloe vera Jel, extracts from Asparagus racemosus, Polyphenols extraction from greentea, Natural Caffeine and many more.

We specialize in the manufacture of oil expellers that are in use since decade in the process of oil extraction from oil seeds and fruits. We have designed our oil expellers or dryers in such a way so as to prevent any loss and to save up to 30% saving in energy consumption.

With oleoresin extraction plants extraction can be done by batch or continuous process.
These plants are versatile enough to process any kind of spices like pepper, cardamom, ginger, clove, turmeric, paprika, red chilies, etc. These are designed to efficiently Isolation of natural colours and bleaching of the resins to efficiently produce colourless resins with high pungency. Additional energy is not required during thermo syphon heating. It has zero effluent discharge system and is operated with SCADA software.

We manufacture solid-liquid as well as liquid-liquid solvent extraction plants  (Batch/Continuous) with capacity ranging from 1 MT per day to 1000 MT per day. These are designed to produce high PDI value meal through low temperature desolventisation and flash desolventising system. The instrument is controlled with SCADA software and steam is efficiently used. This equipment is versatile enough to process all kinds of seeds, bran or oil cakes.

The vegetable oil refineries (Chemical/Physical) that we set up with capacities ranging from 0.25 MT/day to 1000 MT/day are designed to apply technologies like chemical oil refining, physical steam refining and double solvent miscella refining. Phtyocahmicals and nutrients are recoverd through Modern degumming process prior to refining process. Oils like mango kernal oil, dhupa, shea oil, etc are extracted through special processing technologies.
