The launch of Vrinda Enterprises was incited by the clients of Vrinda Mehta who wanted a healthy food program along with the exercise routines suggested by her. They wanted food which was good in taste and at the same time low on the fat content.

With this sole intention in mind, Vrinda Enterprises opened gates for the well being of people on the 28th of August 2005. Vrinda Enterprises is a proprietary concern owned by Vrinda Mehta. The company’s business is of manufacturing healthy food from its two units based in Mumbai and Delhi. Initializing as a house kitchen and gradually becoming the vast enterprise it is today, Vrinda Enterprises has been ingrained in the consumer minds from the past few years. Vrinda Enterprises has evoked a warm aura of goodness and trust on a continuous basis since its inception.
