The result is 'VIPUL' Industrial Hoses. These hoses are manufactured as per stringent IS standards and are a result of years of development. They have wide spread applications and are used extensively in various industries.

Concrete End Hoses – We are exclusively selling German made concrete hoses for a variety of Concrete delivery applications for concrete, shotcrete and Grouting applications. Our concrete hoses can with stand working pressure upto 100 bar under normal working conditions. We have a good stock of hoses in all sizes from 2" ( 50 mm) dia to 6" (150 mm) dia and are in a position to supply in long Lengths upto 20 mtrs.

We have a range of such hoses used in shotcreting equipments like Schwing TSM/TSR Top Shot Runner Machine, CIFA Spritz, Sika, Normet, Putzmeister, Gia etc.

These Hoses are used for conveying air, water, steam, oxy-acetylene gas for welding, chemicals etc. under pressure or as discharge or delivery hose. The inner and outer linings are made accordingly with suitable compounds. These Hoses have double or single braiding of synthetic yarn or plies of canvas to suit different pressure ratings. The hoses are made conforming to various IS specifications and are of the best quality.

As the name sugests, these hoses are used for special purposes like Sand blasting, Shotcreting, Concrete pumping and delivery, Oil discharge and decanting, Cement grouting etc. These hoses are specialy made for these applications and have a suitable rubber compound ingrained in the construction.
