VSL Alloys (India) Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 1991 by Mr. Ramesh Kumar Aggrawal, since the time, we have been working hard to provide satisfactory results to clients. We are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters, suppliers and stockists of complete range of stainless steel fittings, steel railing tubes, industrial stainless steel tubes, stainless steel coils and rods.

We have acquired immense industry experience by actively providing its service to a large number of clients. We are a Private Limited firm which solely functions as client oriented organization. Its is the result of our devotion and dedication for providing better services that we have gained an annual turnover of Rs.4.5 crore by producing 120 Mt of product every month. The company have been promoting a healthy business environment by assimilating ourselves with some of the esteemed organizations and becoming their members. Currently we are the members of CII, Engineering export promotion council and National small scale industries.

Raw Materials

A better input delivers the best output. This is what we follow while taking raw material that is used in our manufacturing process. We usually buy raw materials either from the manufacturer, an authorized dealer or a recognized importer. This provides a credibility to the raw materials which are used to deliver quality end products. Cold rolled stainless steel coils, prime quality CRSS coils and strips of various grades are some of the premier quality raw materials which are used in our manufacturing process.


Infrastructure

We have the support of a sound infrastructural system which helps us in working in a better way. The company owns a manufacturing plant built up in an area of 2840 sq yards which provides enough space and equipments for the smooth manufacturing process. Further the help and support of our team members itself contributes to the great success of the company. We have been adopting latest technology to keep our manufacturing standards and quality up to clients expectations. We try our best to use the latest and the most advanced machinery in our manufacturing unit. The use of high grade machinery provides a quality to the products manufactured by the company. Quality

All the products are manufactured by machines which provide them higher quality and durability. We have been using prime quality CRSS coils / strips of various grade as raw materials for manufacturing purpose. Further, in order to ensure that all our products meet the definite quality standards as per international parameters and ASTM standards, we conduct certain quality tests on them. Some of our tests include:

All the tests are individually conducted on each products to check its strength and durability. We keep it in mind that these products are conducted at regular interval and before the dispatch of a consignment.

We are the bulk manufacturers, therefore warehousing becomes the key criteria in our functioning process. We want to deliver the highest satisfactory services to clients by providing them the best products. Therefore, we have got our own warehousing unit where each and every product is kept within utmost safety. Our warehousing has got total protection from pests and moisture in the climate which provides a flawless nature to out manufactured products.
