The company V.S.Metal Work’s inception can be traced back to the early
1980s. Since then It has been engaged in the manufacture of sheet metal
works and press components made out of stainless steel and mild steel. With
knowledge and expertise, V.S. Metal Works broadened its horizons into
manufacturing of automobile bushes after surveying and studying both
technical and marketing aspects. Since 1998, the company has been involved
in the commercial production of Bimetal Bushes for automobile components.
Today, the company manufactures automotive bimetal bushes, bimetal bearings,
and pressed components. In a short span of time, the company has secured a
distinct place in the market with strong and satisfying clientele.

Infrastructure
Our production unit is equipped with the latest and sophisticated machinery
enabling high productivity and quality supported by a team of technical
personals (whom are experienced for more than 20 years) for manufacturing
large quantities of bushes and bearings with best quality. Our team works in
absolute coordination with each other, enabling us to successfully meet the
market competition. We utilize a unique system of raw material approved by
OEM in which a variety of non-ferrous metal are sintered on steel strips.
Quality Policy
V.S. METAL WORKS is committed to meet CUSTOMER SATISFACTION by Manufacture
and Supply of Quality Bimetal Bushes, Engine Bearings, and other Pressed
Components through continual improvement of Quality Management System.
Engine Bearings (Bushing & Bearing)
Bimetal Bushings & Bearings are built from regular material equivalent
to SAE Standards (SAE 797 & SAE 799). The company manufactures high
precision bimetal Bushings & Bearings with complex oil grooves and oil
holes. These Bimetal Bushes & Bearings are manufactured from sintered
bimetal strips.
The company can develop and manufacture bimetal bushes ranging from:
» Outer Diameter: 10 mm to 100 mm
» Length: 10 mm to 100 mm
» Wall thickness: 1.4 mm to 5 mm
With a precision of 20 microns in OD, ±0.1mm in ID of un-bored
bushings.
For bored / pre-finished bushings, upto ±0.01 mm of wall thickness can
be supplied.
