The AMF Controller Module is a microcontroller based technology & is fully programmable at the site. It is totally different from mechanical/electro mechanical based AMF panels. It has a user-friendly man-machine interface with the help of a keypad, LED’s and a LCD display. Since, all messages are displayed on LCD, all the messages are in clear user friendly language.

Features
  • Complete AMF logic: Auto, Manual & OFF, with additional PROGRAM Mode.
  • Built in Line Voltage Monitor: LVM sensing the three phase supply for operation in safe limits.
  • Generator Voltage Monitor: GVM, load is transferred to Genset only if running at the correct voltage.
  • Built in timers: Mains Wait, Cranking Wait, Cranking ON, Cranking OFF, Cranking Attempts, Stop Solenoid, Engine Idle Run Timers are built in and fully adjustable by the user.
  • Built in Engine Safety: Low Oil pressure, High Coolant temperature, V Belt failure, and Start failure.
  • While the Mains or Generator is ON, different vital parameters are displayed on the screen. Each section of parameter screen changes after 10 seconds. If any parameter screen is meant to be 'freezed', it can be done by HOLD/RELEASE button, indicated with a ’HOLD’ LED. This LED is ON, when parameter screen is ’freezed’ and vice versa.
  • The following parameter screens are displayed, when LOAD is ON:
    • Load ON Mains (or Load ON Gen)
    • Average Phase to Phase Voltage, with RY, YB and BR voltages.
    • Average Phase to Neutral Voltage, with RN, YN and BN voltages.
    • Average Current, with current on R phase
    • Average Current, with current on Y phase.
    • Average Current, with current on B phase.
    • Average KVA, with KVA load on R phase.
    • Average KVA, with KVA load on Y phase.
    • Average KVA, with KVA load on B phase.
    • Frequency (in Hz), with RPM (for Generator only)

Description

The main function of the AMF panel is to start the generator in case of mains failure. It ensures quick resumption of power supply without any attendant. Load is transferred from mains to the generator. Therefore there is no need to transfer the load by means of changeover switch. AMF resumes the supply in just a few seconds in case of mains failure.

Besides ensuring automatic resumption of power supply, the panel also provides many vital protections to the generator such as engine shut off at Low Lubrication Oil Pressure., Over Load, Over Speed, etc. Panel will not only switch off the generator but it will give an audio visual warning to call the attendant.

Engine Safety Units

Our engine safety units are microcontroller based and give protection against Low Lubricant Oil Pressure (LLOP) and High Cylinder Temperature (HCT) to the engine. This compact unit controls the entire operation of the engine and continuously displays various engine activities. The Engine Safety Unit (ESU) can be directly mounted with rubber pads on engine. There are two types of engine safety units available with us and they are Engine Safety Units - ESU-110.

This device is helpful in continuous monitoring of frequency of the input supply. If in case the frequency changes from the set limit, It energizes the electromagnetic relay. This type of safety relay is useful in generator control panels, frequency sensitive equipments, etc. This unit also protects any electrical load from over loading. Various types of programmable electrical protection we manufacture are Over / Under Voltage Relay - OUV-110, Over / Under Frequency Relay - OUF-110, Engine Start Relay, Over Current Relay, Earth Fault Relay.

Canopy Exaust Fan Controller

The name itself describes the product; it is used control exhaust fans of canopy. This device helps in checking the status and display information regarding generator or voltage and other activities. We manufacture three types of models which are suitable for single phase fan dual and three phase fans. The models are canopy Exhaust Fan Controller - CET-110 DF, Canopy Exhaust Fan Controller - CET-110 TP, Canopy Exhaust Fan Controller - CET-110 SP.

Features

• All parameters are displayed on seven segment hi-bright red displays
• The canopy exhaust fan is switched on after 30 seconds, after the generator is turned on
• The fan remains on as long as the generator runs

Functions
i) The unit provides an uninterrupted supply to the user, on mains.

ii) Displays parameters like voltage, current, timers, etc. in 4-digits display or by LCD, depending on the model.

iii) It provides auto change over from mains to generator & vice-versa.

iv) While providing generator power, unit monitors allocated load (say 1000 W) to the user. If the user increases the load beyond the set limit (factory adjusted), the power to that particular user is interrupted for 10 seconds.

v) Generator supply is again restored after 10 seconds to check, whether the user has switched off the excessive load or else power is again interrupted.

vi) Once, the load is reduced to the limit (say 1000 W), user gets an uninterrupted generator supply.

vii) On resumption of mains supply, the unit checks the stability of incoming supply for 5 seconds and after that the load is shifted automatically to the mains supply.

viii) Models available in single phase and three phase, ranging from 0.5 A to 50 A. Systems up to 1200 KVA can be provided as per user demand.

ix) Model also available (K series only) for recording Kilo Watt Hour (KWH) reading, for generator.



Programmable  Temperature Controller

We are engaged in manufacture and export of Programmable Temperature Controller which is based on a single chip microcontroller that turns on & off an auxiliary relay on temperature settings. It includes a seven segment, bright red display that displays temperature with precision of 0.1 C. The program mode allows setting temperature within a given range. The relay ‘ON’ timing can be set along with threshold temperature, where the relay turns OFF, again.

Gaugeless Generator Controller

The main feature of this controller is that it ELIMINATES ALL THE ENGINE GAUGES AND ELECTRICAL METERS. In short, there is no moving coil meter in the generator system, neither for the electrical parameter nor for the engine.
It is a unique controller that provides all the standard electrical meters, along with engine meters for Cylinder Temperature, Oil Temperature, Oil Pressure, RPM, Hours, Battery Charger etc. in a single controller panel. The Controller SAP-110 is a state of the art; micro controller based technology, and provides total control to the user.

Features

i) The SAP110 is suitable for 2KVA to 1250KVA generators.

ii) The SAP-110 controller provides all the standard metering related to the generator, along with the standard engine gauges for Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature, Cylinder Temperature, Fuel Level, Battery Charger, RPM, Hour Meter, etc.

iii) All the parameter description is provided on 104 mm x 35 mm LCD screen.

iv) The Key Switch is provided on the panel to start and stop the generator.

v) The Engine Gauges are displayed on the LCD, in a graphical presentation.

vi) It uses existing engine gauge sensors like temperature, pressure, etc. to display the engine’s cylinder temperature, oil Temperature, pressure, etc.

vii) Basic safeties for LLOP, HCT and V-Belt Failure are provided.

viii) Parameters Displayed:
a. Average Phase to Phase Voltage, with RY, YB and BR voltages.

Pump Management System
Pump Management System

An ultimate pump controlling system, the product is microprocessor based and includes an in-built Water Level Controller. It is compact in size and handles (controls & manages) the entire array of operations of submersible pump.

Features

• 35 ON-OFF programmable sessions for one week

• Programmable protections against Over/Under Voltage, Over Current, Single Phasing, dry running, etc.

• Run Time Compensation mode gives a facility to compensate the running time of pump, in case of power supply failure during preset pump running time

• The unit is equipped with a LCD display, which displays supply voltages, pump current, clock, current timing of the pump operations, time left for current session

• There is a manual mode operation to start & stop the pump manually in case of any emergency

• The system uses separate PCON-110 and VCS-110, to provide complete pump management

• The device based on microcontroller logic allows both type of automatic operation of pump i.e. An automation through programmable time settings, to operate the pump according to the clock hours or as per the running duration of the pump

• The system has also the facility to operate the pump automatically by monitoring water level in the over head tank

• The device has various protections for the pump i.e. dry running protection, over current, over load, single & reverse phasing protection, under and over voltage protection etc.

• The system is equipped with a battery backup system for approximate 2 years.
