Microsilica concrete is a super pozzolan - a finely powdered material which can be added to cementitious matter to increase durability and to provide a positive set. It has reactive silica content of over 90%. It complies with ASTM C1240.

Why Use Construction Fibre

Construction fibers are manufactured using high quality virgin polypropylene that are hydrophobic in nature and do not absorb water. These fibers are further, non corrosive, which enhances the strength of the structure. Cetex polypropylene fibers are resistant to alkalis, chlorides and other chemicals while being less conductive to heat. Use of polypropylene fibers do not interfere with the water demands of concrete and facilitates the hydration process. When added, these fibers help the concrete in setting faster. Polypropylene is one of the lightest synthetic polymers, as it is 52% lighter than polyester and 26% lighter than nylon and acrylic, which makes them a perfect reinforcement. The triangular cross section of the Cetex fibers has 29% more surface area than circular fibers, which is also a reason for these being better reinforcements. Our manufactured construction fibers are easy to apply, mix & disperse and are cost effective as well.

SCC or self consolidating concrete reinforce the construction sections and cast monolithic structures more firmly. These further reduce the consolidation cost and the external energy used for improving placement techniques. Cetex WR series are water dilutable which makes the surface water repellent, but maintains the breathability properties of the surface. Cetex LSH improves the strength of surface and improves the abrasion resistance. Cetex LSD is premium product which deep penetrating and makes the surface water repellent, dustproof and improves the sheen on the surface.
