Walzen make steel strappings, are manufactured from low and medium carbon strapping quality cold rolled steel strips produced in-house with utmost care. The strips are then deburred, austempered, painted and waxed in a continuous line with automatic controls, incorporating the latest state-of-art technology. Proper selection of steel is made to ensure ideal combination of physical properties.

M/s Fromm specilises in the manufacture of sealless combination tools which can be used for tensioning,sealing and cutting all with the same machine. Machines using seals in wide range are available for use in light as well as heavy duty packing in Steel plants, non-ferrous industry,refactory plants, wood packing, jute etc.Spares and back-up service for the tool will be available from us as and when required.

Walzen Strips Pvt. Ltd. manufactures Cold Rolled Steel Strips with close dimensional tolerances confirming to National and International Standard specifications viz. IS: 513, IS:2507, BS:1449, ASTM A-109, ASTM A-682, DIN 1623, DIN 1624, JIS G-3141 etc. for various industrial applications.

, Walzen make Hardened and Tempered Medium and High Carbon Steel Strips, finds wide applications in special industrial uses. ZENHARD has excellent spring properties, uniform hardness and texture, ZENHARD has precision blanking ability and rationalizes further processing by eliminating post heat treatment and distortion and thereby increases productivity.

Walzen manufactures Seals from low carbon, quarter hard, cold rolled steel strips, produced in-house with close dimensional tolerance. The seals are then fabricated, painted and screen printed with the customer logo. Seals are also available with Zinc Plating.
