Warm Stream

Warm Stream's "VENTITHERM" fully automatic direct & indirect type Hot Air Generators are run on gas and oil, thus making them ideal source of obtaining hot process air for Dryers, Spray Dryers, Ovens and other similar applications. These indirect fired generators have temperature limitation up to 400° C. Further, indirect fired Hot air generators also do not have any refractory & all internal parts like combustion chambers.

Heat exchangers offered are also highly reliable with low thermal inertia and have virtually no maintenance. Offering 92% ± 2% efficiency (based on NCV), these are also simple to operate. The capacity ranges between 50,000 Kcal/hr. to 25,00,000 Kcal/hr.

Direct Fired 'VENTITHERM', are used for applications where contamination by carbon particles or combustion products does not matter for product to be dried or baked and higher temperature is required up to 100°.

Indirect fired 'VENTITHERM', is required for applications where clean hot air is required for drying as in Food processing, Paint backing or for some fine chemicals. We can also make available

Wood and Coal fired models for achieving better economy.

Steam Boilers Ecotherm offered by us are based on superior combustion system. It is fitted with highly efficient, adjustable high pressure, solid injection type burner that works at 150 PSIG and above. It also consists of self cleaning fuel oil filter, blower with adjustable damper, fuel pump, solenoid valve, ignition electrodes, vortex chamber and spray nozzle. Further, the special vortex chamber helps in providing high combustion efficiency by thoroughly mixing atomized fuel oil & air. The combustion air is also preheated by waste heat that is available from boiler shell, thus ensuring better combustion and thermal efficiency.

Steam Loop:

It consists of heating coil made up of high temperature service IBR approved Boiler quality:

• Steel tubes
• Blower
• Feed water pump
• Cyclone separator

Flowtherm is fully automatic, 3 pass, oil/gas fired packaged Thermic Fluid Heater that is capable of supplying process heat up to 300° C at near atmospheric pressure. As same oil is re-circulated again between source & sink, its thermal efficiency is high as 88%. Thermic Fluid Heating System is adaptable to precise temperature control and is also outside the purview of Indian Boiler Regulation Act, hence no statutory inspection is required, thus eliminating costly annual shutdowns and procedural delays.
