This patented slow speed submersible mixer provides very effective liquid –liquid mixing in waters containing moderate to high suspended solids at 75-85% lower power consumption.

It is useful in large equalization tanks, neutralization tanks & biological reactors like denitrification tanks, activated sludge tanks etc.

It is available in all SS construction and is compatible with diverse requirements.

We offer high performance systems for equalization/mixing of water such as submersible mixers. Our BRIO (high speed mixer for waste waters with moderate suspended solids) and RIO ( Low speed mixer for waste waters with high suspended solids such as in Bioreactors, Neutralization tanks etc.) provide very efficient mixing that ensures 75-85% energy saving in comparison with conventional units. The salient features of these mixers are;

• Thorough equalization is ensured by effective mixing in all directions.
• The mixers' MOC is compatible with pH range of 1-14.
• The solid sedimentation is prevented by the horizontal circulation of liquid currents
• The system is free from pores, nozzles and orifices. There is no clogging and recurrent clean up requirement as in case of bottom grids.
• Optimum flexibility is provided in the operation with the installation of multiple independent units.
• No pre-installation requirements like civil work/ structure etc.

Hence the units can be installed in an existing operation tank without emptying. Typically a single BRIO unit can provide effective mixing in 250m3 capacity rectangular tank. A single RIO unit is adequate for mixing 900-1000m3 volume. These mixers are effectively used operations / processes like equalization, degassing, neutralization, denitrification, activated sludge treatment plants etc.
