Manufacturing Activities:-- |
a) Chlorine Tablets and Chlorine Liquid - for spot disinfection and purification of drinking water. |
b) Chloroscope, two models from 0.1 to 1PPM and 0.1 to 2 PPM and ideal apparatus to measure the residual Chlorine in water. |
c) Halazone Tablets U.S.P- for purification of drinking water in small quantity. |
d) Sodium Dichloro Isocyanurate Tablets(NADCC):- for purfication of water for drinking in large quantity. |
e) Defloride (Alum) Tablets:- for treating water with high percentage of floride. |
f) Water Chem Antiseptic Scrub Solution:- Antiseptic lotion for sterlization of surgical implements, floor, exposed surface like table top, pertition etc. |
g) Uribiliruidin Stix - Instant Jaundice detecting stix in urine. |
h) Chlor-x Powder:- For treatment of water in large quaitities like overhead tanks, swimming pool etc., |

Water-chem Laboratories are registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh as a Small Scale Industrial Unit. |
WE are supplying our products to World Health Organization, Unicef, Defence Establishment and to the Medical & Health Services Municipalities, Rural Water Supply & Panchyat Raj of states through our /Distributors/Agents. |
We also entertain specific enquiry regarding Pharma Formulation and other products of your specification. |
All supplies will be covered by a inhouse Analysis report and also from a Drug approved Laboratory. |
Our unit is approved under shedule 'M' and as per GMP by the drug control department. |

Quality Policy / ProcessesOur is a approved G.M.P unit. We have well equipped Laboratory for testing all products to the specification of ISI, NEERI, BARC, and as per drugs and Cosmetic act.
Infrastructure

Our factory is located in an area of 4000 sq.mts and the plinth area is nearly 14,000 sq.ft. We are having sufficient capacity and technical personnel, to manufacture the following quantities. We have our own electrical generation system.

| e) Uribilirubin Stix: 1 lakh stix, per month (4000 * 25 stix) |

We manufacture Chlorine & Halazone tablets: 20 million per month of various strenghts and Liquid 15,000 Ltrs per month in one shift, which are widely used by Medical and Health department for purifying and destruction of water-borne bacteria, in contaminated water, under Rural Health Scheme. We have supplied through WHO, UNICEF to Myanmar, Bangladesh, Srilanka when they had epidemics due to floods.

We also make Chloroscope kit for estimation of residual chlorine under agreement from National Environment Engineering Research Institute of Indian, Nagapur.
