These dosing systems are achieved by drawing of right quantity of each of them from their respective manifold one by one into a pressure vessel mounted on load cell. Finally this liquid mix is dosed into multiple mixers running on different recipe. Accurate dosing and record of liquid used by batch by product is maintained by the system. Our water sand filters effectively remove the macro particles from water. These particles are sand, dust etc. The purpose of water sand filters are to remove any macro particulate, which left over after settling and flocculation. The principle used in this process is based on physical adsorption and mechanical straining.
