WTSS manufactures complete range of Pressure Sand Filters with flow rate from 1000 Ltrs / hr to more than 100000 Ltrs / hr.

The Filters are designed to remove turbidity and suspended particles present in the feed water with minimum pressure drop.

Operation
Water enters the filter and percolates through the filter bed. The Suspended matter present in the water comes in contact with the media particles and are trapped on the top of the bed. Clean water then goes via the filtration nozzles through the filter outlet.

Cleaning
Cleaning of this filter is done periodically by back washing. Water is introduced in the reverse direction of the service flow. Filter is then down rinsed & clear water is taken in the system.

Filter Media
Different types of Filter Media as per IS 8419 are used depending on the raw water quality and the treated water quality required.
Fluid systems offer a complete range of seven bedded filtration systems custom made to achieve the turbidity level of less than 1 NTU & Suspended solids less than 10 ppm.

The Filtration beds comprises of the coarsest beds starting from Pebbles of 40 – 65 mm size to the finest layer of fine sand 0.8 to 1.6 mm size.

We manufacture the Twin Water Softener which is capable of providing 24/7 soft water operation for both distillation and reverse osmosis treatment systems. These softeners are been manufactured as per client’s requirement and been supplied accordingly.

We manufacture small size upflow softener which are used for reducing hardness formed by calcium and magnesium ions by exchanging them with soluble sodium ions. Passing the water through bed of strong Cation exchange resin bed reduces the hardness of the water. The hardness from water is exchanged to produce soft water.

We design and manufacture customized RO plants as per Water Analysis Report for the source. Our Reverse Osmosis plants are frequently used to reduce the levels of total dissolved solids and suspended particles within water. Our RO plant remove a variety of ions and metals as well as certain organic, inorganic and bacterial contaminants.

We offer a range of domestic Reverse Osmosis systems. Through our R. O process, we ensure our clients safe, clean and hygienic water. Our system is made according to the advanced Membrane Technology.

This process initially removes all suspended impurities through multiple stages of purification. Then the water is pumped at a pressure that is higher than 'Osmotic-pressure'. This is done through a semi permeable membrane.

We have carefully designed our R O system so that the pores in the membrane do not allow any impurity to pass through them except pure water. Our product is efficient enough to purify the various dissolved salts of calcium, magnesium, sodium - [like chlorides, sulphates nitrates, etc.] as also silica, and other chemicals, Toxins, etc. High performance level and operational simplicity of our product has enabled our product to create a wide demand for themselves in the market.

We also manufacture the water ozonator which uses the oxidation potential of ozone to disinfect, sterilize and oxygenate water.

Our system directly ingest ozone in water and provides a truly remarkable boost to total system. Our systems are been used by thousands of health care practitioners as it is extremely easy to use.

Our demineralisers are used to free the water completely from the minerals using the Two Bed Water Deioniser to get demineralised (DM) water.

WTSS two-bed water deioniser consists of two FRP/MS Rubber lined Pressure vessels connected in series along with its internal fittings. The first unit consists of high capacity strongly acidic cation exchange resin, which converts positive ions of salt and replaces them with hydrogen ions to form respective acids. Which are absorbed in next vessel by strongly basic anion exchange resin.

The water obtained by this process shows conductivity less than 20 µ S / cm at 25 degree Cel. and total dissolved solids less than 10 ppm. This can be further reduce to less than 1µ S / cm using Mixed Bed Deionisers.

The units come complete with regeneration system. After the ion exchangers are exhausted using Hydrochloric Acid for cation exchanger and Caustic soda for anion exchanger.
