S. Merchant, in the year 1987, started manufacturing
yarn dyeing machines and space dyeing machines with entirely new and environment friendly concept of horizontal tabular
type ht/hp dyeing machine which working with the lowest liquor ratio of 1:3
( 1kg of yarn = 3 litters of water) with fully flooded position.
WEAVETEX is a Technologically Advanced Horizontal System for Dyeing
Yarns Wound on packages. The
WEAVETEX a project was born with an
exact purpose. To dye evenly all the types of yarn without changing their
characteristics, respecting the more fine and delicate ones, realizing at
the same time a saving of Energy, Dyestuffs, Chemicals, Water. It was a
greatly innovating choice that today cannot be renounced, considering the
qualitative standards imposed by the market and the growing attention to the
energetic and ecological problems. After studies, researches, laboratory
