Yarn Dryer

We are engaged in offering our clients, a wide range of hot air yarn dyeing / cabinet dyeing that is designed in compliance with international quality standards. Our range of re-circulatory hot air dryer-chamber is more economical than RF dryer and its drying cycle for cotton is 41/2 hours. Our product range is re-circulatory type for higher thermal efficiency and fully controlled by the programmer.

 

The hot air dryer machines consist of:

• Cabinet: Fabricated from heavy duty angle Frame with gauge S.S.Sheet inside and M. S. Sheet from outside with powder coating
• Door : Double walled door constructed from 18 SWG.
• Insulation : Cabinet and door are insulated by 50mm thick, Glass wool
• Blower Fan : A centrifugal blower fitted with extension shafting connected to motor. It circulates hot air through the yarn packages and the exhaust is partly recirculated and blower motor is fitted with A.C. inverter drive
• Radiator : Steam or thermik fluid Radiators are provided to heat the chamber temperature up to 120°C. Hot air generator working on LPG/CNG can also be supplied where required
• Temperature Control : Microprocessor based time-temperature programmer is provided to control the inlet air temperature and temperature indicator for outlet air
• Control panel : It is provided complete with switches, indication lamps and MCB's
• S.S. rectangular Trolley carrier with poles and special locking nuts

We are offering our clients, a wide range of force air yarn dyeing that is made by using mild steel sheet and angle iron. This is also called as a drier chamber that consists of double wall insulation with glass wool, two circulation fan (1HP) for hot air and air ventilator control valve. Apart from this, it also consists of steam coil with steam controlled valve and stream trap, trolley for yarn cones loading or unloading in the chamber. A power control panel with microprocessor (TPR-14)controls up to 8 programs with automatic functioning. These are available with battery backup, rate of temperature rise, hold time and operator call and memory retention in case of power failure.
