We have a technical collaboration with National Physics Laboratory of India (The Custodian of National Standards) and NPL is providing technical guidance to Weigh India for fabricating and calibrating these weights. We have subscribed ourselves to the membership of Engineering Export Promotion Council, Indian Science Congress, Metrology Society of India and Delhi chamber of Commerce. Our E1, E2, F1 & F2 class accuracy weights are calibrated by the National Physics Laboratory of India & dispatched with certification which has traceability with BIPM. Weights of F2 & F1 class accuracy are being calibrated by ourselves, but may be supplied with calibration certificate by NPL on request of our clients.

We have appointed a team of QC experts who keep a strict watch on the quality of the weights and test them on various parameters like: weight, accuracy, performance, precision, specifications, design etc. Our quality control department checks the dimensions and quality of each weight and only the approved weights are sent to correction room for adjustment masses. Finally our laboratory verifies the accuracy of individual weights on high precision balances. Our unit is equipped with modern machinery and sophisticated laboratory as guided by scientists from National Physical Laboratory. Our machines are set in accordance with the desired specifications and measurements in order to produce weights accurately and precisely as desired. We are equipped with computer facilities which assist in easy designing of the products as well as detection of faults if any. We have also developed R&D department which manufactures weights keeping in mind even the minutest of detail and specification so that they are easy to operate and completely safe.

Our team is completely updated with the latest technological innovations so as to manufacture products accordingly. We provide due verification certificate from State Inspectorate of Legal Metrology or Regional Standard Laboratory or National Physical Laboratory along with our weights.
