There tank weighing system or solutions are many varying factors to consider such as size / type of vessel, support structures, pipe connections, movement during filling, environmental aspects, etc. These have various types of indicators / digitizers / plc modules, which can be used for determining the weight of the vessel. These are available in capacities from 500 kg to 100 tons. Vertical mounting one has the option of mounting with three-load cell of four-load cell option. In the case of three load cells the mountings are fixed at 120 degrees and the hopper should be circular.

We - Weightronix Controls, manufacture and export Weigh Feeders incorporating state-of-the-art machine, which is ready to manufacture continuous bulk proportioning of solids. The material is used proportionally to pass over the belt, flow rate (also cumulative value) measured & also compared with set parameters of the PLC / PID controller. The deviation increases the speed of conveyor through variable speed A.C.Drive (Closed loop control system).
