The Open Die Hammers have a capacity of 250 kg, 400 kg and 750 kg, while the Closed Die Hammer has 600 kg to 1.6 tons capability. The availability of 5 hammers has equipped us to take up components weighing from 1 kg to 150 kg in Open Type Forging and 300 g to 10 kg per piece in Closed Type Forging.Our Quality Policy is to fulfill all norms as per the specification, and maintain the highest standards of quality. In tune with the customers? specifications, the raw material is procured. The sample is then tested for Carbon & Magnesium content. Only after the confirmed specification from the customer is the forging process undertaken. The sample raw material is forged and tested for any cracks in the material. |
