Wellner India Pvt. Ltd. is an Indo-German joint venture between "Wellner Besteckherstellung GmbH" - Germany & BMC Group - India to manufacture stainless steel tableware in India for the global household and the hospitality industry.

Under the terms agreement, the new Joint Venture Company has made a 'Market Tie-up' with Wellner Besteckherstellung GmbH - Germany for a 100% buy back arrangement, and to offer management expertise and joint R & D.

Wellner Besteckherstellung GmbH has established and maintains its position as Europe's premier manufacturer of stainless steel tableware and kitchenware for the hospitality industry world wide, with its exports reaching over 100 countries.

The New Joint Venture Company is backed with the state of the art production technology from Wellner Besteckherstellung GmbH, Germany. It would clearly focus on a no-compromise approach to product quality and to gain global recognition for its products around the world.

Wellner India Pvt. Ltd. aims at making the best use of the economies of scale resulting from unification. It will work for early standardization of design methodologies and manufacturing processes. This joint venture has enhanced the company's ability to meet the unprecedented worldwide requirement of Tableware in the hospitality Industry.
