 | TRANSFER PUMPS These are revolutionary new hand-operated drum/barrel pump which fit nearly every type of drum on the world market from 10L to 250L, and accurately dispense almost every type of flow able liquid.
Patented leak-proof design conserves inventory, keeps work areas clean and prevents potentially hazardous spills.
Just pump a few strokes to pressurize, then dispense precisely controlled amounts with one touch of the tap -- as easily as opening and closing a faucet.
The pump is manually pressurized using a plunger, once pressurized, simply opening the beer tap-style valve will allow the pressure to push the fluid out. Because it is manually-powered, it does not require air or electricity, has low operating costs, and can be used anywhere. Unlike other manual pumps, because the fluid is pressurized, it can be dispensed up to 20 feet above the container
Typical Applications Include :
o Transferring fuel, lubricants, degreasers, and brake fluids to vehicles and aircraft
o Applying coolants to metals in tool manufacture
o Decanting chemical concentrates to smaller containers for mixing or dilution
o Dispensing cleaning fluids from drums to small containers or sprayers
o Rapidly emptying large containers at flow rates up to 4.5 GPM ( 20 L/minute)
o Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and hormones to plants in greenhouses, orchards, and fields
o Decanting and applying cleaners and degreasers
o Mixing fuels with precise amounts of additives without drips or spills
o Dispensing chemicals for swimming pool maintenance
