Windlass offers a wide range of standard and sour gas hammer unions. Each union whether standard or sour gas is carefully inspected to assure long, dependable service even under extreme conditions.

These units can be used on site for hydrostatic testing of the BOP Stacks, Kill and Choke lines, Well Heads and any other item requiring hydrostatic pressure testing.

Windlass Engineers has API 16D License for manufacturing of Diverter Control Panels.
Depending on customer preferences we will provide a diverter control system either Independent of the main hydraulic control unit or as a panel driven off the main unit.
Each can be mounted integrally or separately.
We offer several regulator options- ¾” or 1-1/2” regulator and ½” or 1-1/2” 4-way control valves for diverter controls.
Include heavy duty gauges, air cylinders for remote operations and PLC communication to the Driller's Panel.
If remote pressure regulation is needed, diverter controls are furnished with an air pilot regulator- this unit features a unit/remote selector valve and pneumatic transmitter.
Windlass PLC based programmable, remote control panels receive input signals from the equipment being controlled, process this information using the structure and rules entered into the program and then control outputs that operate equipment.
These systems offer a range of user communication options. Windlass PLC systems can be expanded to allow unlimited inputs and outputs in normal configuration. Additional inputs or outputs can be added through networked PLC modules.
PLC based systems are flexible in their range of operations and can be easily modified, enhanced or altered, even after the system is installed. Changing the logical sequence of events in the operation of a system to adjust to changing operating conditions or adding new equipment to be controlled usually only requires a small amount of programming by one of our skilled Engineers.
Windlass Engineers has API 6A License to manufacture Ring Joint Gaskets in different solid metal types including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316/321 and other alloys.
These gaskets are made to withstand high pressure, various temperatures, and are employed where corrosive agents are present.
