In 1997, we developed the 50 lb flexi-pouch pack, with CO2 + N2 in partial vacuum, which became the industry standard for bulk cashews. This won us a National Award from the Government of India.. In 1999, we introduced pre-pack sorting lines, color-sorters and metal detectors for the first time in the industry. In 2000, we were one of the first in the industry to be ISO 9001 : 2000 certified. In 2004, we became HACCP certified. We are now BRC, AIB, Halal and Kosher Accredited. We offer freshly shelled cashews, chosen by specialists, roasted to perfection and inert-packed, to protocols developed by a top US Expert in a world-class peanut-free facility and taste tested by a top US Food-lab. Our cashew products are very well suited for use as high quality snack-nuts and food-ingredients. We aim to be the preferred supplier of cashews to the world.

Tree nuts or Noble nuts have been used as premium foods by the Aristocracy for Centuries. In the 1970s and 80s, however, they were seen as "Fatty" and something to be avoided. However, research findings since the late 1990s have affirmed that nuts which pack nutrients and vitamins are not only healthy, but also have a "Good" unsaturated fat profile. Regular consumption of nuts significantly reduces the risk of Coronary Heart Disease. Tasty nuts are finding their way back on to tables all over the world as a healthy alternative to junk-foods, and even as a part of weight-loss diets. Cashews particularly are a natural source of folate, phytosterols, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese & pantothenic acid (Vitamin B-5), amino acids such as lysine, tryptophan, threonine, leneine, isolencine and valine. Cashews, like all treenuts, contain many complex proteins which cause allergies in some people - though very few cases specific to cashews have been documented. Quite often people who are allergic to one type of nut are also allergic to others. So, if you are allergic to any other nuts, please be careful about consuming cashews.
