For the convenience of our customers, we are offering a unique sampling facility against a nominal price. Our ability to provide our customers with the samples ahead of the final products enables them to take a look at the prototype so that it can be changed if the client so requires. As a part of our sampling policy, we:

• Preliminary screening through inspection & testing
• Forward samples to the customers & receive their feedback

We also follow different types of samples such as prototypes, pre-production, photo samples etc. that are strictly followed.

Each consignment of our garments is tested for quality on the basic parameters for each of the dyed batch of the fabrics. We also arrange and carry out testing of fabric, size set, in-line & final inspection. • Order Progress Process: We provide the clients with the receipt of orders based on the above mentioned criteria. We discuss with the suppliers on various aspects like process planning and preparation by highlighting critical stages that are involved.

• Weekly Progress Report: We send a weekly progress report to our customers that verifies the progress being made in their orders. Our personnel meet with merchandisers, quality controllers & logistics staff every Saturday, of which the status report is e-mailed to the clients every Monday.
  
  
• Shipment: We also arrange vessels for transiting the products through our contacts with Carrying & Forwarding agents. Our personnel also follow the shipment points for smoother connections with the clients.
