Winner Electronics Packaging Solutions produces Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine. While vacuum packing maximum time is consumed for placing the bag in the vacuum chamber. With double chamber machine, while one chamber vacuums the product, one can arrange the bags in second chamber. Hnece the production is double. The overall size of the machine is 1125 Wide x 615 Depth x 950 Height and that of vacuum chamber is 500 x 450 Depth x 100 Height. It is made up of stainless steel with Acrylic viewing port which makes it easy to view the process. Packing cycle is 2 to 4 / minute depending upon the product. The Sealing Bar of the machine is 490 mm long with vacuum pump of 25-40 M3/Hour. The electricity consumed by the machine is 1 to 1.5Kw maximum.

The contact parts are fabricated from SS 304 The vacuum chamber size of the machine shown in picture is 1000 high x 650 wide x 200 deep. This particular machine has been supplied to HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, The overall Machine size is 600 Width x 665 Length x 960 Height and the vacuum Chamber size is 600 Wide x 525 Length x 350 mm Height. The machine is built up with Stainless Steel 304 or SS 304 Chamber and Mild Steel cabinet with transparent Acrylic window to observe the process.. The vacuum pump is of 666 LPM capacity. Electrical consumption maximum 2.5 KW.

This is the very unique vacuum packing machine. It is specially made for packing pharmaceutical bulk drugs in “A” class clean environment. As in pharmaceutical industry every apparatus or machine in contact with drug has to be sterilized. The vacuum chamber of this machine is easily detachable and sterilized in auto claves at the temperature of 121⁰ C. This particular model is for three tin packaging. Though we can produce for any capacity and also inline packing. The size of vacuum chamber of this model is 850 wide x 200 High x 250 deep. It operates with only two parameter setting. Castor wheels are provided for easy movement of the machine. Packing cyle is 4 to 5 / minute per batch.

The working of the machine: Place the tins filled with the ink, lids placed on the tins in the vacuum chamber and close the chamber. After specified time lid of the Vacuumed chamber will open. And one can remove the vacuum packed tins.
