The plant located at Andheri (East) in Mumbai and at Vasai (east) in Thane district is equipped with the state of art equipments utilizes cutting edge technologies which include CNC Multi Axes coilers & wire formers Spring length sorter device with SPC on line, conveyor & spiral Heat treatment furnace, Brightening process, Spring length set removing Machines, Spiral and Garter Spring Winding machines, profile projector, computerized UTM, Chatillion load testing, latest computerized Torsion Spring tester as well as precision measuring and test equipments. This ensures that all Wirecom products are of the Global Standard.
The Raw material used is from reputed suppliers like Tata Steel, Usha Martin Rajratna Wires, Saru copper and Sandvik etc and confirm to IS and international Specifications.
From product release to manufacturing, pre and post inspections, Raw material and product traceability, we ensure total compliance with stringent Quality Management procedures, records and standard.
