Our witcol sugar roll bearing oil fulfills the lubrication requirement related to heavily loaded mill roll bearing of sugar mills. Blended from heavy bodied lubricating oil base stocks and contain, these serve wide industrial applications. Our oil is non-toxic, mild EP, prevent wear and corrosion of the bearings and helps in efficient lubrication even in the presence of juice. Our oil having excellent resistance to leakage is also recommended in centralized lubrication systems of slow, special and helical gears in certain industries and for open gear lubrication by slush pan method.

Witcol Gear Lube

Our Witcol Gear Lube fabricated from high grade base oils is fortified with extreme pressure, antirust, antifoam and antioxidant additives. These oils are mostly recommended for heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulating or splash lubrication systems, which operate under heavy or shock load conditions up to a temperature of 110 C.

We offer a superior range of Gearol90/140 oils containing extreme pressure additives. Owing to their good oxidation stability, our oils have long service life. We offer one of the best varieties of lubricants in the form of metal working oils. Water being the best coolant is a poor lubricator; therefore various industries use oil in water emulsion as general purpose soluble cutting fluid. These provide rust inhibition and lubricity to the cutting edge, ensuring longer tool life and better surface finish of the work price.

Our range of cutwell offers a stable emulsion during prolonged usage. The presence of rust inhibitor in it prevents rusting of work piece and machine tool beds. Biocide prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion.

Our oil meets IS Specification 1115-1986 and recommended for variety of cutting and grinding operations on various ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These are commonly used
 in concentration of 5% and for grinding more dilute emulsion. Our metal working oil offers the following benefits:

We offer a diverse range of fine textle oil that we offer under the brand name of "Witcol". It is a thermally stable compound that has been developed as a lubricant for texturising of nylon and polyester yarns. It is also highly effective in improving the antistatic properties and also helps in reducing the friction of the machines parts. Witcol also facilitates the washing out of the lubricant especially in wet finishing operations.
 
The witcol that we offer is non-ionic, non yellowing and self emulsifiable. Apart from this it is also has good color stability. This stability helps in the storage of cones of yarn for as long period of time, maintaining the original color. It is used without any dilution by lick roller technique.

Owing to good lubrication antistatic properties and fiber cohesion, uniformly wound cones and compactness are achieved.

Witcol WB is sodium base that is used to maintain structural stability for long time in service. It has offers good adhesiveness. It is recommended for automotive wheel bearing, universal joints, clutch release, fan bearings not exposed to water.

Witcol SL 250 is specialty grease type that has a complex soap base and has excellent shear stability, long life grease and is resistant to water.
 
Witcol SL 300 is stable at H. Temp., shock load absorbing, water resistant, not affected by acids & alkalies. It is used in plain & antrifriction bearing at H. Temp& under shock loads, lubrication of machine elements.


Witcol EP Grease used in automotive bearings, earth moving equipment, gear couplings, electric motors, mining machinery is a lithium base with EP additives, high load carrying capacity, anti rust & anti oxidation.
