PTC Team work closely with domestic customers to provide technical service and assistance. With close relationship to the technology licensors and with the technical support of the Westlake Group, the PTC team develops new product grades to meet customers' specifications, provide training for customers' employees in product usage, and assists Titan Chemicals with the introduction of new production technologies.

The PTC is currently involved in a number of new product development initiatives, including high crystallinity PP, fractional flow grades of Homopolymer PP and Copolymers PP, blow molding grade of bimodal HDPE, MDPE Geomembrane and new generation of superb high clarity random copolymer PP.
