Saw Blades for Non-Ferrous Metals and Rigid Plastics

• For used on Saws benches , radial arm saws and snipper saws.
• For Sizing cuts in Aluminium Extrusions of up to 10 mm wall thickness as well as plastic extrusion . Also used for sizing sheet Aluminium or Plastic.
• For saw blades where there is a choice of number of teeth for the diameter the following rule applies. The saw with the highest number of teeth are suitable for materials upto 4 mm wall thickness. With thicker material less teeth are required.

In all cases when cutting Aluminium or Rigid Plastic profiles the operator must ensure that the work piece is firmly clamped. Sizes above 600 Dia upto 1020 mm are available on request as per specification.

We manufacture a wide range of shearing blades that are manufactured from a special analysis high carbon high chrome tool steel. Our products are made using materials like AISI-D2/ AISI-S1 and can be customized as per the clients' requirements. These blades are made using heat treating methods that is carried out using automatic electrically controlled furnaces which imparts uniform hardness throughout the blade. This uniformity of metallurgical structure offers long service life to these blades. Superior in quality, our array of shearing blades are used for shearing sheets up to & including 6 mm mild steel (63,000 PSI) or its equivalent in tensile strength. The standards sizes available are upto 4000 mm or 160 inches long to meet different application.

Manufactured using superior quality raw materials like AISI D2/ AISI-D3/ Powder Metallurgy, we offer these blades in grades of these material as per the clients requirements. Our products find their application in recycling and granulating of plastics.
