The XFA also, conducts workshops on Training, Core Strength, Nutrition, Injuries and much more.

X-ON FITNESS MANAGEMENT specializes in providing complete services for Gym set up as per your needs and requirements. Very often setting up of a gym is a tedious process. Working out of the area of expertise can be difficult and not very rewarding. Understanding your allocation for space and budget, we can offer a complete turnkey consultancy and layout by offering best possible quality of machinery, equipment and fixtures. Our associate vendors also provide quality used equipments with service warranty for low budget projects.

We also undertake management for running of corporate and society gyms on annual contract basis. The following services are included within the contract:

Manpower

• Gym instructors. 2 instructors (per month /5 hours/each/5 days a week)

Maintenance of equipment that covers the following:

• Follow up with manufacturers and retailers regarding breakdown, replacement and oiling of broken cables, pulleys and moveable parts as and when required.
• Follow up for service quick and efficient repairs of Cardio-vascular equipment as and when it breaks down.

Maintenance of premises

• Follow up for regular maintenance of AC, replacement of lights/bulbs and electronic components as and when required.

(The amount in the contract includes only supervisory charges. All the charges incurred for parts, accessories, fixtures and labor shall be paid by the client.)

Specialization

• Qualified and experienced instructors will be provided. Special importance will be given to regular attendance.
• Personalized work out routines will be planned out for all members who attend the gym.
• Consistent motivation and guidance by the instructors.
• Will provide consultation for members with specialized ailments. (Special Population consultation)
