The process for sulphonating LAB (l Linear Alkyl Benzene) to LABSA for producing soap noodles for toilet detergent and laundry cakes/bar.

LIST OF MACHINERY REQUIRED (BASIC)
THE plant can be designed or fabricated as per the demand of the client and its requirement it could be developed in batch or continuous process to have an ultimate end products as derived for.

1. SO3 WITHDRAWAL COOLING & METEERING SECTION
THE required quantity of SO3 will be tapped of from a suitable point along the SO3 header after the conversion tower and after metering will be fed to the sulphonation section

2. CASCADE SULPHONATION
The basic principle of sulphonation process is that raw material being sulphonated is proportioned exactly in correlation to the SO3 conversion gas according to the stoichiometric ratio

3. EXHAUST GAS SCRUBING
The exhaust gas scrubbing unit is designed to eliminate almost completely any substance that could pollute the ambient. The exhaust air discharge to the atmosphere is so cleaned as to comply with the most severe antipollution international laws.

The process of manufacturing noodles for soap and toilet finishing line

The required oils are mixed in oil blending tank by means of circulation with the help of a pump. This blend is then taken in the oil dosing tank. The oil is then taken to the soap boiling pans were its is heated and caustic lye is added at required temperature. After the soap is formed it is fitted with brine solution. Then the lye and niger are removed. The neat soap is the taken to the cructher were preservatives, colour, perfumes and additives are added. This neat soap is then stored into the soap feed tank.

The plant could be designed for 500 kg per hour onwards

Its a process to split all versatile fats, oil, acid oil and rice bran. The plant consists of 2 or more auto claves depending on capacity wherein the water and fat move in counter current flow wherein the splitting takes place as derived for the end product

1) Autoclave
   This autoclave is use for the splitting of crude oil, fat, acid oil and other oily liquid are used for splitting the fat for further processing

2) Heat exchanger
    This exchanger is used for heating the oil the sweet water and the fatty acid after splitting of it

3) Surge vessel
    This vessels are used for the process of resettling the purified splinted fatty acid for processing

4) Condenser
    This are the units which are used for cooling down the acid to crack and split in for splinting the acid for further process

THE overall plant process lay with crushing of oil seed to refining of the said oil edible for consumption and ready for off the shelf sale.
