Our quality auditors keep a strict vigil right from raw material testing to the final shipment of our products. They also conduct Physical & Chemical Test for Raw Material and
Visual Check for Finished Goods. The finished goods are further checked by online and roaming checkers.

This function is based on the global Audit Standard AQL 2.5 for the inspections.

a). For Piece Goods Inspection:

We follow J.C Penny 4 point system. But for the certain Qualities we follow 100% inspection. Each Roll inspected carries complete feed back for cutting room to plan their Markers and splicing etc. efficiently.

b). Cutting Room Inspections:

Each cutting undergoes an audit before being issued to the sewing floor.

c). Sewing Floor Inspection:

Online Process and end line checking are the checkpoints to control the quality in sewing. Fit and visual Audit is done regularly by our Auditor. Conformance to their Audit Pieces are
further issued in the finishing area.

d). Finishing Packing Inspection:

Initial & Final Inspector ensures the Quality. Any Non Conformity in the garments is rectified before they are packed. The Checked garments are audited regularly including fit and visual Audits.
