Box Stand:

It is used to mount headstock, slides and electrical. The bottom and top piece are joint as an integral part of the Box Stand. It avoids unnecessary vibrations and provides necessary guarding.

Headstock:
We fabricate casted Headstock using premier material with hardened and ground spindle. It consists of spindle nose, which is capable of holding various collets and cutter arbour. Two head stocks are provided, in which one is utilized for drilling and other is used for boring operation. In addition, motors can be customized as per requirement of HP/KW.

Base and Slides:
Base & Slides are offered with hardened and ground rigid guide ways, for sliding clearance of the range 0.005 mm to 0.010 mm between keeper plate and taper wedges. In this, Hydraulic cylinder moves both slides rapid as well as feed forward.

Electrical:

We source premier quality electrical from reputed market vendors. These are mounted on a box stand, whereas operating panel is mounted to machine operator.

Hydraulics:

Operation Sequence:

These are mounted on a rigid fixed job holding fixture with V-blocks, whereas job will be clamped by hydraulic cylinder. After appropriate clamping, motor get initiated and drilling operation is carried out. Boring is followed by drilling operations.
