We design and manufacture a wide range of spindle fully automatic Spm-3 (Burnishing Machine) that is capable of making two holes at a time along with maintaining the dimensions. The technical features are given below:

Box stand :
Sturdy box stand for mounting vertical column, headstock with slide and to withstand the hydraulic pressure electricals, we keep enough top floor area. In order to get firm rigidity, these boxes are offered with thickness between approx. 25 to 30 mm top base. The bottom supports are also joined so as to avoid vibration while boring operations.

Vertical column:
Our range of vertical columns come with fabricated structure hardened & ground guide ways that are clamped with the column. Made of superior quality raw materials, our range of columns are capable of withstanding the load of slide, head stock, motor & hydraulic cylinder. Thee columns are clamped on box stand.

Slide :
Casted or fabricated duly ground and matched with column guide ways. In order to keep .005 to .010 clearances between column guide ways and slide hardened & ground, keeper plates & taper wedge is used. These slides will slide on vertical column with electrical wood packing cycle.

Headstock:
The headstock are structures made with 3 HP flange mounted motor.

Machine will be as follows:
Basic gearbox with maine drive gears directly attached to the motor. These have mechanism to drive 2 spindle MSDH.

Jigs & Fixtures:
We also offer jigs that are changeable on clients specifications. Having hardened and ground liners and jig bushes. The fixtures used are used to hold and locate JOB and to clamp. All MSDH, jigs and fixtures clamp is aligned with the main machine head using guide rods.

Electrical:
The electrical used are of reputed firms siemense, L & T .

Hydraulic:
Sourced from Dowty pump, Yuken pressure relief valve, D.C. Valve, Flow control valve and many more.

Box Stand :
Enough top floor is kept for mounting headstock, slides, electrical. The bottom supports are not separately joint, but integral as a one piece. This one piece top to bottom helps in avoiding vibrations. We also provide necessary guarding.

Headstock :
These headstocks are fabricated or casted having hardened and ground spindle. Spindle Nose is capable to hold various collets and cutter arbour. We provide two head stocks. One of them is used for drilling and other one for boring operation. All the headstock are offered with separate motors with required HP/KW.

Base and Slides :
The base & slides are made of fabricated/ Casted with hardened and ground rigid guide ways, keeping sliding clearances within 0.005 mm to 0.010 mm by keeper plate and taper wedges. Both slides will move (rapid + feed) forward by Hydraulic cylinder.

Electrical :
All electrical will be used of reputed make companies. Electrical control panel will be mounted on box stand and operating panel box will be mounted as suitable to machine operator.

Hydraulics :
Hydraulics of reputed makes like Dowty pumps, Polyhydron valves, Yuken make solenoids are to be used.

Operation Sequence :
Component to be mounted on rigid fixed job holding fixture with V-blocks and job will be clamped by hydraulic cylinder. After clamping job electric motor starts and drilling operation will be completed. Once the drilling operation is completed head will return rapidly and then boring operation starts.

We design and develop a spindle bolt holes fully automatic machine that is used for doing bolt holes. These machines are offered with hydraulic feed and with wood packing cycle. The technical features are given below:

After completion of pre-drilling operation. Job mounted fixture will slide over base and will stop at the end for finish boring operation.
Finish boring operation by single head, with built in tool mounted boring bar by hydraulic slide located on base.

Our range of 12-Spindle MSDH is capable of drilling 12- separate distance holes at time at a fast speed. With single input speeds, these products have Input MORSE TAPER Shaft to be mounted on any kinds of heavy duty conventional drilling machine.

We design and fabricate these fully automatic machine in shaft having OD between 71 to 150 mm and length between 700 to 1800 mm. These machines are offered with 2 facing heads and 2 centering heads mounted on both sides of main slide. Main slide will move by hydraulic cylinder. Job clamping is also with hydraulic. Drilling Operation slide with heads will move forward by rapid and feed cycle by hydraulic with wood packing cycle. The drilling process is carried out in accordance to D20 standard.
