Box Stand:

Hydraulics:

Feed:

Box stand:

To withstand the hydraulic pressure, these are provided with a sturdy box stand for mounting vertical column. These are headstock with slide to support it construction. We offer these in the thickness range 25 to 30 mm of top base. Further, to avoid vibration while boring operations, the bottom supports are also joined so.

Vertical column:
In these, hard & ground guide ways are clamped with the column. Developed using high-grade material, these can ably withstand the load of slide, head stock, motor and hydraulic cylinder. Three such columns are clamped on box stand.

Slide:
We provide precisely casted slide, which is duly ground and matched with column guide ways. We make use of keeper plates & taper wedge for keeping .005 to .010 clearances between column guide ways and slide. With electrical wood packing cycle, these slides will slide on vertical column.

Headstock:

3 HP flange mounted motor

Main drive gears directly attached to basic gearbox which can process of up-to 2 spindle MSDH.

Jigs & Fixtures:
We also offer customized Jigs & Fixtures in accordance with client specifications. The fixtures are used to hold, locate job and to clamp. These are aligned with the main machine head with the help of guide rods.

Electrical:
We make use of electrical which are sourced from reputed firms such as Siemens and L & T.

Hydraulic:

Hydraulic we use is procured from reliable vendors. These include Dowty pump, Yuken pressure relief valve, D.C. Valve, Flow control valve and many more.

Our clients can avail from us a premier quality Drilling Operation SPM, wherein drills are mounted on both sides of slides and heads. These are used to drill in 'BULL SHAFT' job, where clamping is rotated through chuck. We make use of high-grade components to develop these in adherence to quality standards. These are used to drill up-to 100 deep and 15 mm diameter. In these, both slides are moved by Hydraulic cylinders with wood packing cycle. Further, these use coolant type drills for streamlined operations.
