| Dye Springs Tex Fab manufactures dye springs which are qualitatively superior and highly reliable, made of high quality corrosion free stainless steel wire in AISI 304 and AISI 316 grades.
Application: Used for dyeing and bleaching of yarn packages.
Salient Features of Tex Fab make Dye springs- Tex Fab dye springs are heat treated for stress release and retention of elasticity and also passed through stringent quality control tests, which ensures our product is of international class.
- The main spring coil is made on fully automatic machine with high production capacity and lacing is done on machines specially made for this purpose with high precision.
Advantages- Yarn packages on dye springs are pressed together to make a rigid column, thus equalizing the density variation of different packages facilitating uniform dyeing.
- The pressing of dye spring packages increases the loading capacity of machines by 25 to 30%, resulting in higher production.
- It causes equivalent savings in chemicals, water, heat energy and power consumption per kg of yarn dyed.
- The spring design optimizes the flow of dye uniformly all over the yarn package leading to excellent dyeing results.
- Dye springs are durable and are more economical than plastic tubes.
Tailor made production

Efficient Delivery
Tex Fab has a production capacity of ½ million dye springs per year and is geared to service large requirements in short notice. Tex Fab also manufactures conical dye springs for high speed autoconers and radially compressible springs for high shrinkage yarns like nylon and acrylic. |

Textile Dyeing Machines Tex Fab Manufactures full range of vertical type textile dyeing machines with capacities upto 1000 Kg per batch for all kind of textile materials like cotton, Polyester, wool, acrylic nylon, viscose etc.
Application
Used for pretreatment dyeing and after treatment of packages, bobbins, beams, loose fibre, hank yarn, muffs, top etc.
Salient Features- Tex-Fab dyeing machines are based on the latest technical know-how, with regard to economic efficiency, liquor circulation and dye exhaustion.
- The machines are designed for processing textile materials in any form.
- With appropriate carriers with variable loading facility at almost constant liquor ratio.
- The machines are offered in either air pad or fully flooded version with fully automatic or semiautomatic mode of control, by microprocessor based specially developed PLC with live Mimic.
The most important feature of the machine is high capacity high efficiency circulation pump of low noise directly coupled to the motor and special reversing device fitted below the dyeing vessel for flow reversal, which is carried out with pumps motor in operation. This avoids peak power absorption due to frequent motor restarting, eliminates water hammering effects on yarn packages, saves energy, minimizes breakdowns and gives better dyeing results. The machines are designed for short liquor dyeing process with air pad, at a liquor ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:6. |

| Yarn Dyeing Machines We have designed and developed economical and eco-friendly horizontal tabular type H.T.T.P yarn dyeing machine with capacity from 20 kg upto 240 Kg/batch.
Application
Machine is suitable for dyeing all types yarn in package form and for dyeing zipper tapes, small width fabrics and warp beams.
Salient Features- Works on very low liquor ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 depending on nature of yarn and loading factor.
- The machine operation does not require overhead hoist or working platform.
- The foundation is simple. Ceiling height required is not more than 3 meters.
- Machine can be installed on mezzanine or higher floors also.
- Costs less than vertical dyeing machines for small capacities.
Advantage- Variable loading possible from 50% upwards of the rated capacity with almost constant liquor ratio without using any dummies.
- Heat exchanger is coil type, directly fitted inside the color addition tank resulting in most efficient and fast heat transfer.
- The tubes are fully flooded but still works on air pad dyeing system, thus saving energy.
- Opening/closing and locking/unlocking of all tube lids are done simultaneously and automatically by electro-pneumatic devices.
- Design ensures complete drain of liquor from the machine every time. Thus, preventing contamination.
Machines are available in semi-auto or fully-auto mode of operation. The operations automated include fill, circulation, color/chemical dosing, drain & uninterrupted sequence of operations, besides controlled heating & cooling. Specially developed dedicated PLC with microprocessor, live mimic and liquid crystal display (LCD) to indicate all process parameters, for better control and easy operation.
Many optional features are offered to suit customer requirements like pressure extraction of water, thermophiles, pH monitoring, variable frequency drive etc. |

Beam Dyeing Machines We manufactures H.T.H.P beam dyeing machine with a capacity upto 300 Kgs/batch.
Application
For dyeing and bleaching of all types of fabrics.
Advantages
Beam dyeing machine dyes and bleaches all types of fabrics in open width on perforated beams. As the fabric is static, the even penetration of dye liquor ensures level dyeing and avoids damage to the fabrics.
Salient Features- The machine is suitable for working pressure upto 5 bar and temperature upto 1350oC.
- The material of construction is SS 316 wherever dyeing liquor comes in contact.
- Provided with ‘Airpad’ system for static pressure thus reducing the M:L ratio.
- External shell and tube type exchanger of seam less tubes.
- Special pump is provided which allows higher heads and high flows even in case of hard dye penetration fabrics.
Machine with various diameters and width are available as per customer’s requirement.

| Hot Air Dryers Tex fab Manufactures chamber type forced circulation Hot air dryer for yarn packages from capacity 25 to 500 Kgs/batch or as per customers requirement.
Salient Features
'TEX-FAB' make recirculatory hot air dryer-chambers for yarn in packages which is a economical alternative to RF dryer. It is recirculatory type for higher thermal efficiency. The machine is fully controlled via programmer. Drying cycle for cotton is 41/2 hours.
The machine consists of- Cabinet: Fabricated from heavy duty angle frame with gauge stainless steel sheet insides and mild steel sheet from outside with powder coating.
- Door: Double walled door constructed from 18 swg. Sheet with heavy duty hinges and latch arrangement. Asbestos gasket is fitted to door to prevent loss of heat.
- Insulation:Cabinet and door are insulated by 50mm thick, glass wool.
- Blower Fan:A centrifugal blower fitted with extension shafting connected to motor. The blower force circulates hot air through the yarn packages and the exhaust is partly recirculated. The blower motor is fitted with A.C. inverter drive for soft start and flow control.
- Radiator: Steam or thermic fluid radiators are provided to heat the chamber temperature upto 120°C. Hot air generator working on LPG/CNG can also be supplied where required.
- Temperature Control: Microprocessor based time-temperature programmer is provided to control the inlet air temperature and temperature indicator for outlet air.
- Control panel:Electric control panel is provided complete with switches, indication lamps and MCB’s.
- S.S rectangular trolley carrier with poles and special locking nuts for loading the yarn packages into the chamber.

Centrifuge Hydro Extractors Tex Fab manufacture centrifuge hydro extractor for packages, fibrecakes & fabrics with high rotating speed for quick and maximum hydro extraction. Our basket type hydro extractor with both semi-open and fully-open lids are used in production of fabrics, hanks, tops and also for direct fiber cake loading. The main application of our Centrifuge Hydro Extractor machines is for hydro extraction of dyed yarn packages in a short time and at low cost.
Salient Features of Centrifuge Hydro Extractors- We manufacture Hydro Extractor which rotates at very high speed resulting in quick and maximum hydro extraction.
- AC Inverter drive is used for soft start and dynamic braking. For vibration free running it is provided with unique four point shock absorption system. Opening and closing of lid is done by pneumatic cylinder.
- The machine is sturdily built and dynamically balanced for high accuracy.
- Direct loading/unloading of fabric in rope form in the basket from overhead hoist.
- All parts coming in contact with water are made from stainless steel.
Available in different sizes and capacities according to customers' requirements from 24" to 72" diameter baskets. Model size 24" 36" 48" 60". Approximate loading capacity(polyester) 27 kg. 45 kg. 63 kg. 90 kg.
The machine is available in different capacities as per customers' requirement. The high production capacity and very low power consumption of the machine makes it preferable for any yarn dye house. |
