• It has four stations of sharpening units, each is driven by individual motors of 0.25 hp (high R.P.M). The first two are for rough cutting & sizing at both ends and other two are for finish sharpening.


• It is equipped with a section unit that has a blower to collect cut chips of barrels from sharpening units. While the blower is driven by individual motor of 1 H.P & the main machine is driven by 1 H.P 3 phase motor.

We are offering premium quality range of name embossing machines that are used for embossing names on round or hexagon ballpen barrels, with help of metal punch. It is a fully automatic machine that is provided with hopper feed and walking beam conveyor.
Equipped with 1 h.p 3 phase electric motor, the machine has a production speed of 60 & 80 pcs. per minute. Further, it is also provided with mechanical counter that has one cylindrical cartridge heater of 300 watt & a temperature controller.
