Ammonium Chloride Ammonium chloride is white crystalline powder, free from visible contamination with extraneous adulterants and impurities. Purity: 99%
Application:
Ammonium chloride is used in preparing salt to salt saturated salt water muds. These muds are used to keep salt sections in gauge while drilling. Salt is also used for stabilizing troublesome shale formations. Low solids muds with densities up to 10 ppg are also prepared by dissolved salt.
