Our superior range for manufacturing Worm Shafts, single and multiple starts from 1 module to up to 60 modules, and the length of shaft that we can manufacture up to is 3 meters. These products are manufactured exactly as per the specifications laid down by various industries. In addition to standard range, we also provide customized range of hardened ground worms. These are widely used in sugar, cement, steel plant and power generating plant and etc.

We can manufacture a wide range of internal gear rings. size from 50mm to 3000mm I/D X 3400mm O/D & from 1 module to up to 25 modules. The height of jobs that can maximum be accomodated up to is 500mm .These type of rings are used in planetary gear boxes, and in clutch assemblies of mechanical press, wind mills, forging industries and sugar industries.

We are in manufacturing of standard and custom made gears and gears boxes in hardened and ground condition for material handling, process equipment and general purpose. We manufacture helical gears which connect parallel shafts but the involute teeth are cut at an angle to the axis of rotation. The two mating helical gears must have equal helix angles but at the opposite hand. They run smoother and more quietly. They have higher load capacity and are more expensive to manufacture and create axial thrust. Helical gears can be used to mesh two shafts that are not parallel and can also be used in a crossed gear mesh connecting two perpendicular shafts. They have longer and stronger teeth. They can carry heavy loads because of the greater surface contact with the teeth. Their efficiency is also reduced because of longer surface contact. The gearing is quieter with less vibration.

Double helical gears are used for self alignment and it can bear high torque. We can manufacture from 1 module to 24 modules X (up to 3 meter height). These type of gears are used in Steel plants, Rolling mills, Marine gear boxes and other industries.

We manufacture high efficiency gear rings. These gears are designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of equipment and machineries. Our gear rings are also precision engineered. We are able to manufacture gear ring in forged alloly steel materials within a short lead time. These are used in construction machineries, cement machiney, turbines, wind mills, concrit mixeres etc.

We manufacture heavy duty customised clutch assemblies with external and internal spline or teeth for different type of indian and imported presses. We also supply spares as per the samples and drawings. We maufacture spares for up to 12500 tons press. Our capacity plate ranges from clutch plate size dia. 3400mm O/D X I/D 2800mm X 250mm thick. We do reconditioning of press by manufacturing the same parts as per the samples.

We manufacture Hot Roll dies for steel industries and also for seamless tubes manufacturing companies. We also make cold roll dies for sheet forming machines, straightening machines.

We manufacture for sugar mill gears and pinions. These gears are available in various types like super, helical, worm and double helical. These sugar mill gears are perfect for sugar mills as they are used in various machines for crushing of sugarcanes and producing sugar crystals. These gears can easily withstand the excessive wear and tear and are also highly accurate. we do reconditioning of press by manufacturing the same parts as per the samples. The selection of the material is done by the chemical testing of the orignal componants.

We specialise in critical type of genaral maintainence. We always try to save down the time of machines by reactfying the orignal parts by welding with special welding rods with special process. The final machined components are build to suit the orignal.

We have the facility to manufacture herring bone gear without gap from 300 mm dia. to 2200 mm dia.  This type of gears are used in marines, forging presses, gear boxes and other equipments.

We recondition the bostar plate by boring the damage hole and fixing the hardened and ground forged EN 24 sleve for higher ware resistance and longer life. Max. size of Job : 4 meter length X 2.5 meter height X 350 mm thick upto 18 tonnes of weight.
