Product Portfolio
Sawa or Varai are primarily harvested in the southern region and Nashik district respectively, which is the reason we are able to procure the raw material in plenty from the auctions held by the Maharashtra Tribal Development Corporation. This enables us to effectively cater to the bulk market requirements and undertake processing of Bhagar and other allied products in abundance. Further, leveraging on our advanced machines and processing techniques we are able to offer our esteemed clients with a wide spectrum of grains and seeds.

Our Processing Unit
We are a proud possessor of a sound processing unit covering an area of 12000 sq ft with an installed capacity of 300 metric tones p.a. units. Implementing streamlined processing method enables us to effectively meet the immediate requirements of the market. Being a young company, we follow a modern methodology in processing our products, wherein we aim to achieve an overall cost reduction alongside improved quality.
The raw materials comprising of Sawa or Varai is thoroughly polished using polish paper and then transferred to the kundi, from where the raw material is automatically lifted to the dug-dugi with the aid of elevators. At this phase the raw material is cleaned of foreign impurities and transferred to petty fan where factors that lead to defects and damages is exonerated and then accordingly passed on for further processing. The upper layers of the respective grains are duly removed to obtain our final product. Receipe For Bhagar Products
Bhagar Laddu::Ingredients: 1 up Bhagar, 1/3 cup fine sugar powder, ¼ cup Ghee, Dryfruits, 1/3 cup mava, ¼ cup small teaspoon elaichee powder, ¼ cup grated coconut. Procedure: Roast the bhagar, grind the bhagar, filter the fine bhagar atta with fine filter cloth (maida chalni), put the fine bhagar atta, mava, fine sugar, grated coconut, dry fruits, elaichi powder in a Bowl and mix it properly. Make round laddus.
Bhagar Kheer::Ingredients: 1l Milk, ½ cup bhagar, 200g sugar, saffron, elaichee powder, cashew, almond. Procedure: wash the bhagar in water, boil the milk, add bhagar, elaichee, kesar, to the milk, boil the mixture for 6 to 7 minutes, keep stirring the milk in between, add sugar and boil it for another 10 minutes.
Bhagar Sheera::Ingredients: 1 Cup Bhagar, 1/3 cup Sugar, 1.5 cup Hot Milk, Elaichee, cashew, almond according to taste. Procedure: grind the bhagar semi fine powder, roast it in ghee. Add roasted bhagar, hot milk, sugar and boil for 2minutes on low flame, garnish with cashew, almond and elaichee while serving.
Bhagar Idli::Ingredients: 2 cup bhagar, ¼ cup Udad Dal, ¼ cup rice, ¼ cup poha, ½ tea spoon sugar, salt, ½ tea spoon soda. Procedure: wash – bhagar, dal, rice and poha, soak them for 3 to 4 hours, grind it to paste in a blender, after blending put the mixture in a warm place for 4 to5 hours, add ½ tea spoon soda, and ½ tea spoon sugar in the mixture, add salt as per taste to the mixture and mix all ingredients properly.
Uttapam::Ingredients: 2 cup bhagar, ¼ cup curd, 3 green chillies, coriander, 1 potatoe, 1 onion, 2 tomatoe, ½ cup green peas, ½ cup ghee, 1 small teaspoon jeera, salt. Procedure: soak the bhagar in water for 2 hours, add curd, green chillies, coriander, and jeera to bhagar and grind it properly, let the mixture soak for another 4 to5 hours, add potatoe, grated onion, salt & hing as per taste, mix it properly. Spray a thick layer of content on a frying pan and make uttapam, serve with applying ghee.
Sonpari Bhagar Dosa::Ingredients: 1 Cup Bhagar, ¼ cup sago or 1 cup rajgeera, ¼ cup grinded groundnut, 1 small teaspoon grinded green chilli, green coriander, salt. Procedure: Grind Bhagar & Rajgeera/Sago in a blender to form Atta, make paste of coriander & green chilli and mix in the atta, add groundnut to it. Add salt as per taste. Add the mixture properly. Spray a thin layer of the mixture to the pan to make dosa.
Miss World Bhagar:: Ingreditents: 2 Cup Bhagar, 1 Cup Bread Crumps, (Green chillies, green coriander, salt, jeera, sugar, hing, lemon, black pepper, ginger) paste 1 spoon, 3 cup water, ¼ cup oil, salt. Proceedure: Cook the bhagar in water. Add 1 spoon mixture paste while cooking, after the mixture gets thick off the gas, after ½ hour as the mixture is to normal temperature add the bread crumps to it. Make small patties of the mixture, take a pan add some oil to it, and shallow fry the patties until it gets golden brown on both side (keep flipping it to get uniform cooking – apply oil from time to time).
Sonpari Dahi Bhagar::Ingredients: ½ cup bhagar, ½ cup Curd/Dahi, 1 cup water, ½ cup small spoon jeera, ½ small spoon ghee, coriander, salt. Procedure: mix Bhagar, Water and Dahi and cook for 7 to 8 Minutes, heat the oil and add jeera to it, add the ghee jeera seasoning to the bhagar mixture, add salt and coriander and mix the mixture and Serve.
