Backed by ISI license from Bureau of Indian Standards for submersible pump sets, for maintaining in the offered Water Pumps defined quality standards, we are well equipped with requisite measuring instruments like:

• Surface plate
• Magnetic ‘v’ block
• Plug gauges
• Run – out checking mandrels

This helps us in maintaining the alignment of pumps & motors to the most precise dimensions as possible.

Further, we also ensure that the rotors & impellers are also dynamically balanced for ensuring smooth and vibration free running of motors. Other than the above mentioned equipment, our well established testing laboratory also comprises digital control panel consisting of:

• Voltmeter
• Ammeter
• Wattmeter
• Flow indicator
• Frequency & RPM meter

These are connected through dimmer to test the pump set from 50 v to 440 v.

Our digital control panels are also computerized to test pump sets which gives all readings from fully opened to fully closed valve along with performance curves.

• Stampings here are made of silicon steel sheets
• Grade M – 45 is used to obtain maximum efficiency
  
• Rotors are made of SS 410 shaft
  
• These also feature Silicon stampings & Ec Grade Copper Rod that are dynamically balanced for ensuring smooth running of motors
  

• Made of Bronze metal (LTB - 4) for ensuring long service life
  
• Thrust bearings made of SS 410 with combination of high quality carbon (for ensuring smooth & efficient running)
• Rubber Diaphragms made of resistible rubber
  
• These are used to compensate pressure to thermal expansion of water inside motor
  
• Motor & Pump bodies made of SS 202 for corrosion resistance & smooth construction
• Bowls & impellers are made of virgine noryl plastic with 20% glass filled for ensuring better wear resistance
• All C.I. Castings of upper housing, low housing, non base suction house & NRI are made of Graded CI castings
  
• These also come with epoxy paint for corrosion resistance finish
