Pine Apple Cheese Winder
We offer best quality pine apple cheese winder (for making biconical) for Monofilament yarn. Complete with individual torque motor and 40 mm heavy duty hardened and ground finished cam, they have suitable cam follower, pushing type doffing device, fine control, loading and un-loading system and main dimmer set suitable to make pine apple cheese. The I.D. of the cheese pipe is 28-35 mm (according to the requirement). They have a line speed of 1000-125 meter/minute according to pipe diameter and have been specially designed for monofilament yarn units manufactured in segment of 16, 20 and 24 spindles.

Precision Cheese Winder
We offer best quality cheese winder for making parallel cheese (for twine) traverse 6” and 8” cam. Its gear system and bobbing holding device possess 3ph individual torque motor, 40 mm heavy duty hardened, ground finished cam with suitable cam follower, fine control, 3 ph dimmer set and loading and unloading system. The ID of the cheese (paper core) is 20-28 mm (or as per client requirement) for winding 1.5 mm, 2 dia twine.

Rope Making Machine

Our sutli winder machine comprises of multi spindle. Each spindle is driven by special type of electric motor duly fitted with individual regulator, on-off switch internal wiring and dimmer set with cheese pipe.

Flange Bobbin Winder
Our flange bobbin winder is used for mono filament bunch yarn, PP yarn, and fibrillated yarn complete with 3 ph. individual torque motor. These 40 mm heavy duty hardened and ground finished cam is suitable to hold bobbin size of 300 mm flange dia and core ID of 65 mm. They also possess 300 mm traverse flange bobbin winder in assembled condition which is specially designed for mono filament and other bunch yarn winding.
