The Technique We Use: Gun Drill TechniqueWe are using latest technologies to manufacture implants. We now use gun drill technique which is better than previously used A.O technology. The strongest intra medullary nail in the world is made by Russel Taylor as per the comparative mechanical study done at U.S.A. In India, we follow the same principles of Russell Taylor to manufacture our devices. The technique offers more flexibility and strength, is cost effective and meets international standards of ultimate tensile and bending strength and stiffness testing as well. Gun drill techniques give us an edge over other manufacturers as it enables us to produce high volumes of I.L. nails with better strength, uncompromising quality standards and competitive costs.

Our Implants And Raw MaterialQuality and cost effectiveness are our prime concern. We have made our I.L. Nails and other implants with best quality stainless steel, which is as per international ISO standards and national specifications for implants as given by the authorities. The Implants Committee of Indian Orthopaedic Association (I.O.A) has recommended our products for their peerless quality. We check all our raw materials' lots by our consultant metallurgist. The raw material is tested by Government approved testing centers and then only manufacturing process is carried out.
