Deep holes with depth in centimeters can be easily drilled. By supporting bearing pads on the cutting tips, superior accuracy is achieved . Burnishing effect on the bearing pads give high quality inner surface finish. This tool is a non self centric, single-edge-drilling one, so it produces precise, straight holes with minimal drift.

We are using latest technologies to manufacture implants. We now use gun drill technique which is better than previously used A.O technology. The strongest intra medullary nail in the world is made by Russel Taylor as per the comparative mechanical study done at U.S.A. In India, we follow the same principles of Russell Taylor to manufacture our devices. The technique offers more flexibility and strength, is cost effective and meets international standards of ultimate tensile and bending strength and stiffness testing as well. Gun drill techniques give us an edge over other manufacturers as it enables us to produce high volumes of I.L. nails with better strength, uncompromising quality standards and competitive costs.
