Tower Packing

We provide Sheet Metal Structured Packing which is available in specific mass transfer surface areas (sq.m/cu.m) of 250, 350, 500 and 750. The materials used for construction are sheet metal SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L etc. This product is considered distinctively advantageous for replacement of existing column internals.

Our product extraction packing is used for liquid liquid extraction machine. It is highly efficient and ensures a shorter column and compact plant. Material of construction of these extraction packing is stainless steel, steel. They are anti corrosive and durable.

Wire gauze structured packing is the most efficient commercial tower packing available on the market today.The packing is comprised of proprietary designed wire mesh corrugated sheets. These allow thin liquid films to be continuously spread across the tower as liquid flows through the packing. Capillary action and high surface areas result in maximum exposure between liquid and vapor phase, which equates to high mass transfer efficiency. This product has some salient features like:
