The breather sizes and silica gel content are in accordance with the oil quantity of the transformer. The Orange silica gel breather is manufactured to meet the European standards. This orange color breather is made available in capacity of 0.5/1.0_Kilogram and free of cobalt. These are round in shape with aluminum-pressure de-casted body.

We are manufacturing wide range of highly functional silica gel breathers for distribution transformers that can be effectively used for traction and locomotive transformers and ACEMU that is most viable for railways.

To make available superior quality breathers that provides excellent service to the transformer we are manufacturing breathers with covers of stainless steel, perforated and expanded metals. Further to enhance their capacity we also make available breathers in series.

We are making available varied metallic designed breathers in different capacities. It includes aluminum pressure die-casted metallic breathers of capacity ranging from 0.5 to 2 kilograms and steel body breathers with capacity of 3 Kg and above.

This instrument is basically used to trap gases that might have evolved in the transformer due to some fault. This on line device also helps in DGA performance. The type of fault is identified by the color of the gas.

The magnetic oil gauge that we manufacture can be used for conventional and air cell conservator and is available in ranges varying from 100 to 250mm dial size. Further mercury switch are used for low oil level as well as high oil level annunciation and stripping. We are manufacturing it also for special mounting, calibration and indication purpose.

The buchholz relay that we are manufacturing are available in different range thus suiting varied requirements of our customers. Its range varies from 25 mm to 50 mm and it is as per IS-3637. We make use of pressure- die casting process for manufacturing its structure made of aluminum.
